Biography
I have provided outpatient counseling for over 11 years and truly enjoy helping people work through life’s challenges. I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families to build healthier coping skills and reach personal goals. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood.
My counseling style is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when we communicate openly and honestly while moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I will listen without judgment, offer support and encouragement, and help you identify practical ways to work toward your goals. My hope is that you feel comfortable being yourself and know your concerns are taken seriously.
I begin by getting to know you and understanding your history, current concerns, and goals during the initial session. Together, we identify what you would like to address and develop an individualized treatment plan that fits your needs and goals. Throughout therapy, I check in regularly on your progress and adjust our approach as needed so treatment remains helpful and meaningful.
