Biography
I earned my MSW from Wayne State University in 2011 and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing virtual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience in outpatient behavioral health, using CBT, Narrative, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I’m passionate about culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that honors each person’s experiences, values, and identity.
You can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you can show up as your authentic self. I believe healing begins with trust, honesty, and collaboration. My approach is compassionate while gently challenging you to grow. Together, we’ll identify goals, build coping skills, and create strategies for lasting change. I strive to ensure you feel heard, respected, and involved throughout treatment.
Our work begins with getting to know you—not just your symptoms, but your story. In our initial sessions, we’ll explore your background, concerns, strengths, relationships, and goals. Together, we’ll develop treatment plan tailored to your needs, strengths, and values. We’ll assess progress and adjust the plan as your needs evolve. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and evidence-informed, using CBT, Narrative, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
