Biography
I believe people already carry so much of what they need within them, but sometimes life gets loud, painful, confusing, or overwhelming, and it helps to have someone work alongside you to sort through it with care. My role is to offer a space where you can feel safe enough to be honest, understood, and fully yourself.
I work with adults ages 18 and up who are navigating all kinds of challenges, whether that’s anxiety, depression, relationship stress, family pain, life transitions, burnout, grief, trauma, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next. I know how important it is to feel genuinely seen—not judged, rushed, or reduced to a problem to solve—and I try to bring that into every session.
My approach is client-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused. I draw from approaches like CBT and DBT, but more than anything, I believe therapy works best when it's real, collaborative, and human. Every person has their own story, their own strengths, and their own way forward, and I deeply respect that.
I care a lot about the people I work with and the relationships we build within the therapy space. I see therapy as a collaborative process—one where we make sense of what hurts, notice what’s getting in the way, and help you move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and true to who you are.
