Biography
Michelle Glenn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing virtual therapy to adults throughout Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2013 with a concentration in clinical social work and has more than 10 years of experience in private practice, outpatient mental health, and managed care settings.
Michelle believes meaningful change begins with feeling safe, understood, and supported. She creates a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients can move at a pace that feels right for them. She values trust, authenticity, and collaboration, helping each person feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout therapy.
Michelle begins by learning about each client's experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals. Together, they develop a personalized treatment plan and identify therapeutic approaches that fit the client's needs and preferences. She helps adults build insight, coping skills, and confidence while addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and personal growth.
