Zviadi Aburjania, MD

Dr. Zviadi Aburjania earned his medical degree from Tbilisi State Medical University in Georgia. After moving to the U.S., he worked in cancer research as a technician and later as a lab manager, while also conducting clinical research and mentoring students. Prior to residency, he completed an observership in psychiatry while working as a database manager. He values having trained in a program that emphasized both psychotherapy and medication management.

Dr. Sean Culver is an outpatient psychiatrist with experience treating a wide variety of disorders across multiple distinct age groups. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Pittsburgh, graduating summa cum laude while majoring in neuroscience. He attended medical school at the Ohio State University College of Medicine, where he was granted an annual merit scholarship. Dr. Culver then remained at the OSU Wexner Medical Center for residency training. Outside of psychiatry, he enjoys numerous interests including soccer, hockey, music, photography, and video games.

During residency, Dr. Culver developed particular interest in working with young adults, college students, and athletes, but is comfortable with patients of all ages. He strongly believes in the practice of evidence-based medicine, utilizing the most current research to guide recommendations. He is a strong advocate for patient autonomy and therefore provides psychoeducation on diagnoses and medications so that each patient can make informed decisions which align with their own values.

Dr. Culver approaches each patient in the context of their individual interests, family dynamics, and life goals. He understands that not every patient requires or desires medication and is comfortable in a number of psychotherapy techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and supportive therapy. Blanca Osorio Candelaria, MD

Dr. Blanca Osorio-Candelaria is a board-certified adult psychiatrist and has been practicing for over 16 years. Her practice focuses on medication management, which she typically combines with supportive therapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. Her years of experience started as a medical officer for the Army, including a deployment to Iraq. Her working experience after her military service includes working as a medical director of a community health center, a medical director of a community hospital, a medical director of an inpatient unit, and working for an Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT) specializing in the Serious Mentally Ill population.‍Dr. Osorio-Candelaria specializes in psychopharmacology, especially tailoring individualized treatment to serve the needs of patients with a variety of conditions. She has a lot of experience in treating patients with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, post-traumatic stress disorders, Insomnia, and ADHD. Marianne Marsh, MD

Dr. Marianne Marsh has more than 30 years of experience. She earned her medical degree and completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Vermont and holds a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science from the University of California, Davis. Dr. Marsh has practiced extensively in outpatient settings, serving patients of all ages with a wide range of mental health concerns. She has worked in clinical roles, trained psychiatry residents and staff, and developed innovative programs to meet community needs. Prior to joining Talkiatry, she served as Chief Medical Officer at Monadnock Family Services in Keene, NH. She also brings expertise in trauma therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and women’s psychology.

Dr. Marsh strives to create an open, warm, and accepting environment where patients feel safe to share their experiences. She values and honors diversity, welcoming all belief systems and cultural backgrounds. Avishay Adri, PMHNP

Avi Adri is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a passion for helping others achieve their goals through medication management and psychotherapy. He is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and supportive therapy. Avi has experience supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD. He is an LGBTQIA+ affirming provider who believes in empowering individuals in their lives.

He earned his Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in psychiatry from Stony Brook University and a nursing practice degree from Chatham University. Avi is committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate treatment for mental health conditions to enhance quality of life. His previous experience includes two years at Columbia University Medical Center on an inpatient psychiatric unit and four years on the medical consultation-liaison psychiatric team, where he treated patients with a range of acute and chronic medical conditions while providing medication management and psychotherapy. His work at Columbia involved treating a wide spectrum of psychiatric conditions with the goal of achieving symptom remission.

Additionally, Avi has practiced at a private clinic in New York City, focusing on interventional techniques such as TMS and ketamine therapy, alongside medication management and psychotherapy.

Megan Green, DO

Dr. Green (she/her) holds the position of staff psychiatrist at Talkiatry. She is board-certified in adult psychiatry. She has extensive experience in various settings including inpatient, outpatient, consult-liaison, emergency, Veteran, and community-based environments. She is licensed in the states of Maryland, New York, and Virginia. Dr. Green's practice focuses on the integration of medication management and psychotherapy. Her practice style is collaborative to establish trust and build rapport while meeting patient-specific goals. Dr. Green approaches patient care from a holistic perspective that is individualized, evidence-based, and patient-centered. She received her medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology's College of Osteopathic Medicine on Long Island, NY. Her adult residency training was completed at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in Richmond, VA. In addition to general, adult psychiatry, Dr. Green is clinically experienced and interested in treating patients of a wide variety. She is particularly interested in treating patients with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorders, trauma-related disorders, and personality disorders. Dr. Green enjoys exploring with patients a holistic approach to mental health treatment, which includes a discussion of interpersonal relationships, lifestyle behaviors (exercise, diet, sleep), and self-compassion. ‍**Dr. Green's current practice does not include the use of any controlled substance medication, such as stimulants or benzodiazepines.

Jenna Hartman, DO

Dr. Jenna Hartman is double board certified in General Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry. Dr. Hartman graduated from Tufts University before completing medical school at New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed residency at Maimonides Medical Center, where she was a Chief Resident, and then pursued an addiction psychiatry fellowship at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. Dr. Hartman was also trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy by the Psychoanalytic Association of NY. Following her training, Dr. Hartman returned to Maimonides Medical Center, where she worked as an attending adult outpatient clinic, treating patients from many different backgrounds with a wide array of diagnoses. She holds a special interest in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and OCD. Dr. Hartman uses a compassionate and thoughtful approach in order to form a collaborative partnership with her patients. She believes in treating the person as a whole and tailoring treatments to each individual's specific needs. Dr. Hartman works with patients in 30 30-minute follow up sessions, where in addition to medication management she provides supportive and at times psychodynamic therapeutic techniques.
