Can I enroll in a payment plan?

We do offer payment plans, and you can enroll in one online. Here are the details:

• We offer payment plans for balances over $250.
• You can choose automatic payments that are charged either every month or every two weeks to the credit card you have on file.
• Our payment plans require a minimum payment of $50 and a maximum repayment period of 6 months with 0% interest.

To set up a payment plan, sign into our billing site. For California and New Jersey patients, head to billpay.talkiatry.com. For all other patients, head to pay.talkiatry.com.

1. Once you are logged in, select ‘Start a payment plan”

2. Select either monthly or bimonthly payment options

3. Select the total number of payments and total amount per payment

4. Select a plan start date

5. Select a payment method and enter your details

6. Review the plan

7. Agree to the terms and conditions

8. Click “Create Plan”
