What is your cancellation policy? Why did I get a ‘No Show’ fee?
To make sure we can help as many patients as possible, we charge a cancellation fee of $100 for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice. The same cancellation fee applies for patients who miss an appointment or are not in an appropriate place for an appointment, including being out-of-state or not having a stable internet connection. Fees for late cancellation or missing an appointment will show up on your bill as a No-Show fee.
