Talkiatry is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social, to help drive new patient acquisition through performance-focused, direct-response campaigns. In this role, you’ll support the optimization and scaling of paid social programs across channels like Meta, TikTok, and Reddit, working hands-on with live campaigns, creative testing, and performance analysis. You’ll collaborate closely with our Paid Growth, Creative, and Data teams to turn insights into action—analyzing results, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, and helping shape paid social creative strategy. This role will also support relationships with creative partners, including agencies and creators, to ensure learnings from performance data inform what we build next.

While experience on every social platform isn’t required, you must have experience operating and scaling Meta campaigns. You should be comfortable working with data, and eager to grow your analytical and channel expertise.

This role reports to the Director of Paid Growth Marketing and offers a strong opportunity to build core performance marketing skills while making a measurable impact within a high-growth healthcare company.

About Talkiatry:
Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. We’re a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment.

60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low, and paperwork is unduly burdensome. With innovative technology and a human-centered philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need—and allow psychiatrists to focus on why they got into medicine.

You will:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize direct response paid social campaigns across channels like Meta, TikTok, and Reddit with a focus on performance and continuous improvement
  • Analyze campaign and creative performance to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities, and apply learnings to future tests
  • Execute and support a structured creative testing framework, partnering with the broader team to iterate on messaging, formats, and audiences
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to help inform paid social strategy, including recommendations around optimization, scaling, and channel mix based on results
  • Monitor and manage budgets across channels, reallocating spend based on performance to maximize ROI
  • Work closely with Creative to develop, test, and refine data-informed ad concepts that resonate with our target audience
  • Support and help grow our creator partnership and whitelisting efforts, including direct creator partnerships and working with platforms like Billo, Insense or Vidovo
  • Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to increase creative velocity and ensure performance learnings are reflected in new assets

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of B2C growth/performance marketing experience, including 2+ years managing and scaling Meta or TikTok with minimum mid-six-figure monthly budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies and measurable results, including proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a creative testing roadmap and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience with A/B and incrementality testing within paid social channels.
  • Highly organized with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders and agencies.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience prospecting and partnering with creators for whitelisted/sponsored content.
  • Bonus: Experience using VWO and/or Webflow; experience marketing in healthtech.

Why Talkiatry:

  • Top-notch team: we're a diverse, experienced group motivated to make a difference in mental health care
