Tyler O'Brien, MD

Dr. O'Brien is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who completed his medical education at Northeast Ohio Medical University. Following his graduation from NEOMED, he completed a residency in Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at West Virginia University/Charleston Area Medical Center. Throughout his training, he has enjoyed working in both outpatient and hospital settings and has a great passion for medical education and teaching the next generation of mental healthcare providers. Dr. O'Brien's practice focuses on medication management for a wide variety of mental health diagnoses, including anxiety disorders, depression, Bipolar Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Tic Disorders, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. In addition to medication, he offers a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy during 30 minute follow up appointments. Dr. O'Brien believes in a truly collaborative and holistic approach to mental healthcare, striving to involve patients and all members of the healthcare team in every aspect of care.‍

Candice Charles, LCSW

Candice Charles is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor-Advanced (CASAC-A). She has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, addressing a variety of mental health issues with co-occurring medical and substance use conditions. Candice earned a Bachelor's degree in her home country of Trinidad and Tobago, and her Master's in Social Work from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York, and has been practicing since 2016. Candice offers supportive, strengths-based, and solution-focused therapy to help clients evoke a sense of hope, strength, and determination during challenging times. Her approach is eclectic, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, and mindfulness techniques, influenced by her personal practices. In addition to her clinical work, Candice teaches the Identity and Social Justice course at a University in New York, which keeps her attuned to how her clients, of various demographics, experience their environment, and its unique stressors.

Justin Jones, MD

Justin Jones is a board-certified adult psychiatrist based in Las Vegas, NV. Originally a Mississippi native, he completed undergraduate studies at the University of Mississippi. He subsequently completed medical school and post-graduate residency training at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. His practice focuses on making progress towards therapeutic goals by utilizing a specifically tailored combination of medication management and psychotherapy depending on any given individual's needs. He understands how difficult it can be to begin seeing a new psychiatrist, and does his best to create a safe, welcoming environment that patients can feel comfortable in.

Seth Mandel, MD

Dr. Mandel received his Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Medicine degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. He completed his Residency in Psychiatry at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Manhattan. He has been board certified in psychiatry since 2001 and is a Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He has held numerous clinical and academic appointments including serving as Chairperson of Psychiatry at Huntington Hospital in Huntington, New York, and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine.

Dr. Mandel has over 25 years of clinical experience treating all mental health conditions. He has a strong interest in mood and anxiety disorders, including work-related anxiety. He authored a section on the pharmacology of social anxiety in the book Work Makes Me Nervous. Dr. Mandel also has expertise working with clients diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. He has lectured on the pharmacologic management of this condition, including a presentation at the NIMH International Think Tank for the More Effective Treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder.

Dr. Mandel continually seeks to streamline complex medication regimens. He has completed a fellowship in integrative psychiatry and carefully considers the potential contributions of lifestyle and nutrition to overall mental health and well-being. By taking an eclectic approach, Dr. Mandel is able to achieve the best possible outcome for all whom he is privileged to serve.

Kendrah Parker, LMHC

After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa in 2014, Kendrah worked at a non-profit organization that focused on substance abuse and mental health. She worked there from 2014-2021 initially as a substance abuse counselor and later transitioned into a Clinical Director position. Most recently, Kendrah has been serving patients in a private practice mental health therapist role. Kendrah's interests and specialties are Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Marriage and Family, Culture and Diversity, Dual Diagnosis, Meditation and Dating Violence/Abuse. She also has an interest in Self Image/Self-Esteem and Addictive Behaviors with Substance Use and Gambling.
