Beth Folks is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a Certified Co-Occurring Disorder Diplomate. She has 25 years of experience helping clients recognize their inner strength. Her style of therapy utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Jan Hollis-Cole, LCSW, began her career as a social worker for hospice in 1999 and has extensive experience helping families cope with death and grief due to illness and/or trauma. Following her foundational work with hospice care, Jan expanded her clinical knowledge and expertise in a variety of settings to include substance abuse, challenges related to ADHD, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ issues, and navigating the foster care/adoption system.

Jan believes that connection is the foundation of positive growth and dedicates her work to providing a safe place for clients to engage in self-expression and to explore the particular challenges they face on a daily basis.

Her approach is client centered, focusing on evidenced based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavorial Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Donna Duggan, LMHC

Donna Duggan, LMHC, earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from Walden University. Her professional journey began in law enforcement, later leading to education and mental health advocacy. Donna’s work as a crisis advocate for survivors of sexual assault and domestic abuse inspired her to pursue counseling full time. Since earning her graduate degree in 2015, she has worked extensively with children, families, and adults, specializing in trauma recovery and empowerment.

Donna values open communication and believes in creating a warm, supportive environment where patients feel respected and understood. With over fifteen years of experience helping individuals heal from trauma, she views the therapeutic process as an opportunity for patients to reclaim their voices and move from “victim to survivor” on their own terms. Patients can expect empathy, collaboration, and a strong sense of safety in her care.

Donna begins each therapeutic relationship by establishing trust and safety, encouraging honest dialogue around personal and family challenges. She integrates education, reflection, and resource sharing on topics like communication and conflict resolution. Anne Tormos, LCPC, LPC-MHSP, believes that every person has the ability to live a happy, healthy, engaging life, but at times individuals need an objective observer to help uncover what that life looks like. She treats clients ages 15 and up struggling with a variety of challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and life transitions. Anne is a National Board-Certified Counselor. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of Illinois and a Licensed Professional Counselor � MHSP in the State of Tennessee. Anne earned a BA in Psychology from North Central College and an MS in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University. Her experience includes working at an inpatient psychiatric hospital and outpatient group practice, which allowed her to utilize different types of care with people from all backgrounds with many different life stressors. She also has experience working within PHP and IOP settings. Anne is trained to utilize many therapeutic techniques, including CBT and DBT.‍Anne is prepared to join you on your journey to self-fulfillment.
