Dr. Aisling Rea is a dedicated therapist with an extensive educational background and experience in the field of psychology. She earned a Bachelor of Science at Florida Atlantic University, completed a Master of Science at Florida International University and a Doctorate in Psychology at Walden University. During her internship at Youth Automotive Training Center and The Humanistic Center for Counseling Services, Dr. Rea worked with individuals, families, couples, first responders and high-risk populations, having the opportunity to work with a variety of clients. As a professional, Dr. Rea gained valuable experience working in inpatient and outpatient programs and settings. Dr. Rea has a passion in helping clients heal from depression, anxiety, mood disorders, psycho-spiritual and relationship challenges. She believes open, empathetic understanding and taking a collaborative approach are the keys to a client-centered practice, and an important part of the healing and wellness of clients. In addition to Dr. Rea's clinical practice, she loves the ocean, enjoying photography, SCUBA diving, participating in beach clean-ups, and spending time with her family, dog and cat.

Robin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina and her Master’s degree from the University of South Florida. Ashley Sharp is a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider
designation, who has experience working in multiple settings within the mental health
field including private practice counseling, school-based counseling, and in a behavioral
health hospital. This has allowed Ashley to work closely with individuals of various
demographics and a wide spectrum of mental health conditions. Ashley obtained her
undergraduate degree in psychology from Bryan College in Dayton, TN, and graduate
degree in clinical mental health counseling from Richmont Graduate University in
Chattanooga, TN.

Ashley has been working in the mental health field for 4 years and

Connika Green, LCSW

Connika Green is an LCSW whose passion for helping others was inspired by her upbringing in Memphis, Tennessee. Her parents founded a nonprofit organization to support individuals recovering from substance use and assist those experiencing homelessness. Watching their dedication to service instilled in her a lifelong commitment to helping others. After high school, Connika joined the U.S. Air Force, where she served as a combat veteran during a tour in Afghanistan. Her military experience helped her develop teamwork, discipline, and cultural competence through working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. She also completed an internship on a military installation and worked for a year at the Veterans Affairs hospital, combining her personal and professional understanding of the unique challenges faced by service members and veterans. Connika earned her bachelor's degree in Social Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and her master's degree in Social Work from Salisbury University in Maryland. Connika has extensive experience as a therapist in community mental health agencies, a school mental health counselor, and in teletherapy. She specializes in treating mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and substance use issues. She provides a warm, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore challenges and build resilience. Connika is passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals and create meaningful, lasting change.

Lisa May, LPC

Lisa May is a licensed professional counselor and mental health service provider (LPC-MHSP) with extensive experience working in the mental health field. Lisa has worked with clients of various demographics who are living with a variety of mental health conditions. Lisa attended Lindsey Wilson College where she attained her Master's in Mental Health Counseling and Morehead State University where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in social work. She has worked with DCS, foster care, and had a private practice in KY before deciding to move to Tennessee. Lisa has been practicing for over 10 years and has worked in other areas of mental health since 1997. Working with Lisa, I found that treatment is tailored for the individual, as there is great effort put into choosing the treatment modality that fits the individual's personal struggles. Lisa uses the three C's (catching, checking, and changing) approach with a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy intertwined with Mindfulness. She also prefers the person-centered focus, as she works specifically with the individual and the struggles they may be facing.‍
