Dr. Pe Win is a board-certified psychiatrist.  He earned his medical degree (M.B.,B.S) from Institute of Medicine (1), Rangoon, Burma.  He went to obtain master’s degree in public health (MPH, Epidemiology and Biostatistics) from New York Medical College, Valhalla, New York.  He worked as a researcher in the area of Behavioral Health associated with drug use among HIV patients and Colombian youth.  He published several papers together with principal investigators on NIMH grants.  He received his residency training in psychiatry at Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, New York.

Dr. Win has extensive experience in working with veterans (23 years in VA health care system) in outpatient setting. He has plethora of experience in dealing with different levels of PTSD (combat-related and military sexual trauma), anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, mood disorders as well as behavioral issues related with memory impairment (e.g. Traumatic Brain Injury and  dementia).      

Dr. Win also worked in inpatient setting for both adolescents and adults for 5 years on a part-time basis in Four Winds Hospital, Katonah, New York.

Greta holds a BA in Psychology from Tuskegee University, an MS in Counseling & Human Development from Troy University, and an MEd in Rehabilitation Counseling from Auburn University. Jodie is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and has extensive experience supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and identities, including providing affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals, those in non-traditional or complex relationships, and individuals navigating mood disorders, caregiver stress, and intimacy concerns.

Jodie believes every person has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. She views therapy as a collaborative partnership grounded in open communication and mutual respect. Jodie creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore thoughts and emotions at their own pace, using thoughtful questions to help clients uncover insight, strengths, and meaningful solutions.

In the first session, Jodie invites clients to share their story and what brings them to therapy. Together, they identify goals and begin developing a personalized roadmap for treatment. Her approach integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT with trauma-informed care and mindfulness to support lasting growth and change.

Dr. Justine Sever Chilelli, DO, earned her medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her psychiatry residency and child and adolescent fellowship at the University of South Florida. She is board certified in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Her experience includes treating children, adolescents, and adults across outpatient, inpatient, consultation-liaison, school-based, and residential settings.

Dr. Chilelli values a collaborative, team-based approach where she and her patients work together to build a treatment plan. She emphasizes open and honest communication, aiming to improve quality of life and reduce the impact of mental health symptoms.

In the initial appointment, Dr. Chilelli focuses on understanding each patient’s history, concerns, and goals. She then develops individualized treatment plans that align with those goals, ensuring care that is thoughtful, supportive, and tailored to each patient’s needs.

Dr. Jonathan Bui is an MD who earned his medical degree from the University of Maryland, School of Medicine, and completed his residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. He served as a military psychiatrist for eight years, including deployment to Iraq, and was honorably discharged as a Major. He has experience in both outpatient and inpatient care, with a strong focus on compassionate, patient-centered treatment.

Dr. Bui creates a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel heard and understood. He collaborates with patients to set achievable treatment goals and draws on extensive experience in treating a variety of mental illnesses, including post-traumatic stress disorder, to ensure the best outcomes.

Dr. Bui begins by thoroughly reviewing a patient’s history to understand their background and concerns, helping to establish meaningful treatment goals. At follow-up appointments, he reviews progress, addresses any new issues, and adjusts care plans collaboratively to support long-term mental health and well-being.

Tessa Goodman, DO, earned her Bachelor of Science Honors degree in neuroscience and animal behavior from Cornell University and a Master’s in Education through the NYC Teaching Fellows Program. She completed medical school at NYIT COM and psychiatry residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, followed by a Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship at Cornell Medical Center. She served as a faculty member on the inpatient psychiatry service at Cornell Medical Center and later as administrative psychiatrist overseeing the Telepsychiatry Consultation Liaison service at Cornell and Columbia Medical Centers for over five years.

Dr. Goodman prides herself on being a warm, kind, and supportive provider. She has expertise in psychopharmacology and is a published textbook author on medication management. She practices psychiatry using evidence-based medicine and values open communication, creating a safe space where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
