Dr. Agarwal is a board certified adult psychiatrist. He was elected chief resident from his residency program at the University of Central Florida. He graduated cum laude from the American University of Antigua where he obtained his medical degree and received a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California at Irvine.
