Gaurav Agarwal, MD

Dr. Anthony Miles Morris is an ABPN board-certified psychiatrist and attending physician. He completed his MD at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and psychiatry residency at OUHSC, serving as Chief Resident during his PGY-III and PGY-IV years. Dr. Morris provided psychiatric care for veterans at the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center, supervising and educating residents, training psychiatric nurse practitioners, and managing outpatient, inpatient, consult, liaison, and primary care mental health integration settings.

Dr. Morris is dedicated, empathetic, and professional, prioritizing a collaborative approach to mental health care. He treats patients as individuals, actively listening to their concerns, and works with them to create safe, effective, and personalized treatment plans. Patients can expect a supportive, non-judgmental environment where their goals and concerns are respected.

Dr. Morris begins with a detailed history to guide psychiatric medication management and psychotherapy. He considers genetics, environment, life experiences, and biopsychosocial factors in developing individualized treatment plans. Patients work collaboratively with him to optimize mental health outcomes, while receiving continuous education to understand and actively participate in their care.

Dr. Janice Hollier is a board-certified psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings. She has treated patients across the lifespan, from children to senior adults. Dr. Hollier earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical School in Shreveport and completed her Psychiatry residency at Louisiana Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. She is dedicated to listening closely and providing high-quality psychiatric care through open communication and a supportive environment.

Dr. Hollier is committed to creating a welcoming, respectful space where patients feel heard and understood. She values open dialogue and believes strong communication is essential to effective treatment. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on each individual’s unique needs, concerns, and goals.

Dr. Hollier begins by gaining a thorough understanding of each patient’s history, current concerns, and treatment goals during the initial session. From there, she partners with patients to develop a personalized treatment plan and continues to provide supportive care while working together toward meaningful, lasting progress.

Dr. Michael Watkins is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. He completed his residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler. In addition to being thoroughly trained in psychopharmacology, Dr. Watkins has also received extensive training in psychotherapy. From traditional psychodynamic therapy to the more modern mindfulness-based dialectical behavior therapy, Dr. Watkins takes the approach that best serves his patients. In addition to being trained in a variety of therapies, Dr. Watkins also employs a positive psychiatry approach which, as well as addressing a patient's symptoms, also focuses on their strengths and how they can be used to overcome adversity. Prior to pursuing a career in psychiatry, Dr. Watkins was a high school math teacher, and prior to that, he was an NCAA Division I college athlete. His teaching and athletic careers have given him a well-rounded perspective on the human experience. Drawing on his academic training and life experiences, Dr. Watkins meets patients where they are at, helps them overcome their obstacles, and serves as a guide and a resource for them on their journey to their desired destination.

Dr. Pilar Bare is an adult psychiatrist who completed her psychiatry residency at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, where she served as Chief Resident. She earned her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific Northwest in Oregon, where she studied osteopathic medicine which shaped her holistic view of health. She completed an intern year in Family Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences West. She holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry and biology from the University of Arkansas, where she graduated with honors.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, backpacking, visiting national parks, and spending time with her senior dog.

Dr. Bare believes that each individual's background plays a significant role in their mental health, and understanding a patient's personal story is critical to their healing journey. She believes in a respectful, collaborative relationship built on trust and open communication. While Dr. Bare integrates evidence-based medication management when clinically appropriate, she also emphasizes the therapeutic benefit of addressing lifestyle, relationships, and internal narratives.

Dr. Bare begins care with a thorough evaluation, exploring developmental history, impactful life events, and emotional patterns. From there, she develops a comprehensive treatment plan that may include medications, wellness strategies, and therapist collaboration. She considers each patient's strengths and challenges to guide care that promotes long-term recovery and personal growth.

Background and credentials

Dr. Nilesh Tannu is a board-certified psychiatrist by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He earned his medical degree from B.J. Medical College in Pune and completed his adult psychiatry residency at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, where he served as chief resident. During his training, he received awards from the Society of Biological Psychiatry, the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry, and the American Psychiatric Institute for Research and Education. He has been practicing General Psychiatry and Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry for the past seven years at Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas. Additionally, he has served as an assistant professor of psychiatry at the Texas Medical Center, working at UT Physicians Clinics and Memorial Hermann Hospital. He is also a member of the Editorial Board for BMC Genomics Journal.

Dr. Tannu follows the bio-psycho-social model to provide evidence-based psychopharmacologic treatment. He integrates supportive therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) modalities into his practice to create personalized and comprehensive treatment plans. He is committed to mental health care, education, and helping patients achieve optimal functioning in their personal and professional lives. His clinical expertise includes ADHD, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, insomnia, eating disorders, and complex medical comorbidities.

During the first visit, patients can expect a comprehensive assessment where Dr. Tannu takes the time to understand their symptoms, treatment history, and personal goals. He employs a collaborative approach to develop a tailored treatment plan that may include medication management and therapy interventions. Dr. Abby Reineck currently serves as an outpatient child and adolescent psychiatrist.  She has been practicing for eleven years.

Dr. Reineck's practice is primarily medication-management services, offered in conjunction with either supportive or eclectic therapy. Follow-up appointments average 30 minutes, but may be more or less. Occasionally, Dr. Reineck believes the addition of a therapist is needed and will request you bring a therapist into your care team. This will be asked of individuals if she believes it will lead to an improved clinical outcome.

Dr. Reineck received her medical degree from Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University, located in Dayton, OH. She completed her psychiatry residency and child-and-adolescent fellowship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, in Hanover, NH.

After completing her training, Dr. Reineck moved to Brattleboro, VT, where she became an attending psychiatrist at The Brattleboro Retreat, working on both the child and adolescent inpatient units. The Brattleboro Retreat's location was such that it served a large number of patients from nearby states, which included New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut  and New York. However, it also served as the only psychiatric inpatient facility for children and adolescents in the entire state of Vermont.

Dr. Reineck also worked as the lead psychiatrist on the inpatient, adult, dual-diagnosis unit. This unit provided care for individuals struggling with addiction and mental-health related issues, some of whom required medically supervised detoxification.  

After roughly five years, Dr. Reineck moved from Vermont to Erie, PA.  She began working at a residential treatment facility for child and adolescent patients who required care in a highly supervised and highly structured setting. Dr. Reineck also began serving as a child and adolescent psychiatrist for patients enrolled in a school-based partial-hospitalization program.  Dr. Reineck gradually transitioned from these roles into strictly outpatient work. She worked as an outpatient psychiatrist in Butler, PA, where she treated child, adolescent, and adult patients. Dr. Reineck eventually narrowed her scope of practice to providing psychiatric treatment for only outpatient children and adolescents.  She did so out of facilities located in Erie and Meadville,  PA.  

Dr. Reineck completed her undergraduate studies at Ohio University. While Dr. Reineck has experience treating a wide variety of patients, her primary focus has been treating children and adolescents with a vast array of presenting concerns.
