A former U.S. Navy psychiatrist, he deployed multiple times, including to Iraq in support of an Army Combat Stress Control clinic, gaining expertise in evidence-based PTSD treatments. Dr. Clark earned his medical degree from the University of Florida and completed his psychiatry residency at the National Naval Medical Center and Walter Reed, serving as chief resident for over 50 military trainees. Before medicine, he served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Kenya.

Zakiyyah Weatherspoon, PMHNP

Staff Nurse Practitioner

Zakiyyah Weatherspoon is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience. Since 2011, she has worked in family medicine, and since 2013, she has focused on mental health care across the lifespan. Her background includes treating children, teens and adults in hospitals, private practices, and community settings.

Since 2017, Weatherspoon specialized in helping individuals manage depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, ODD, eating disorders, and substance use. Sanjna Zadoo, MD

Dr. Zadoo graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. She attended medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and went on to complete her residency at UT Health San Antonio.

Dr. Zadoo is passionate about getting to know her patients and helping them live happier, healthier, and more productive lives. She specializes in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, and trauma-related disorders. Her approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and shared decision-making. She believes that every patient’s story matters and tailors treatment plans to meet each patient’s needs, values, and goals. By fostering a safe and respectful space, Dr. Zadoo helps patients navigate times of stress, life transitions, behavioral problems, communication issues, relationship difficulties, poor self-esteem, grief, loss, and other concerns.

Dr. Zadoo first completes an initial psychiatric evaluation to establish diagnoses and create a comprehensive plan for treatment. She is passionate about forming a strong therapeutic alliance and empowering patients to improve their lives through a variety of holistic modalities. Amanda Kerr, DO

Dr. Amanda Kerr is a board-certified Psychiatrist. Her practice focuses on medication management, though she passionately believes in a holistic approach. She attended Boston University for her undergraduate studies and Loyola Marymount University for graduate school. She then completed her training at Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine for medical school and Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine for residency, where she was selected to serve as Chief Resident during her final year. After completion of her residency in 2016, she dedicated seven years to serving a wide range of patients in a community mental health setting, both in-person and via telepsychiatry. She also serves as a provider at an Intensive Outpatient Program. She has experience treating patients with depressive and bipolar disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and OCD. She also has extensive teaching experience in various settings. Dr. Kerr has a gentle and approachable style when providing medication management in conjunction with supportive psychotherapy, and at times Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to more fully address each individual's needs. She utilizes mindfulness approaches as well, which she finds personally meaningful in her practices of meditation and yoga.
