Jennifer Lyman, MD

Dr. Lyman is a board-certified psychiatrist who values the lived experience of every individual seeking treatment. She completed her undergraduate studies at Stanford University, received her MPH from University of Hawai'i, Manoa and graduated with her MD from the John A. Burns School of Medicine. She completed her residency training in Psychiatry at the Queens Medical Center, where she served as chief resident. She is currently pursuing a nutritional psychiatry certificate through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute and has a particular interest in the connection between the food we consume and our emotional well-being.

While her practice focuses on medication management, she often takes the time to provide supportive, cognitive or dialectical based therapy in a follow-up visit. She believes that achieving mental wellness extends beyond addressing one's symptoms and hopes to guide her patients towards feeling aware and empowered. Dr. Esha Garg is a board-eligible psychiatrist who is starting her post-graduate practice in psychiatry. After completing an undergraduate degree in psychology at Johns Hopkins University, she completed her medical degree at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. She is a recent graduate of the Adult Psychiatry Residency program at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Garg's practice focuses on medication management but she believes in the importance of both therapy and medication management in treating mental illness. She offers medication management with supportive therapy in 30-minute follow up visits. She also utilizes referrals to therapists to enhance collaborative care and management of illness. Dr. Garg believes in the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship. She focuses on treating patients with depression and anxiety disorders. Brittany Bridges received her Bachelor's of Science (BS) in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, as well as her Master's (MS) in Mental Health Counseling, from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Ms. Bridges is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) for the state of North Carolina as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Ms. Bridges utilizes an array of therapeutic modalities and techniques based on the needs of the clients, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and Solution-focused Therapy. ‍Ms. Bridges' prior experience entails working in a clinical outpatient setting and on a North Carolina college campus where she's treated a variety of mental health conditions. She earned her medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE, and completed her adult psychiatry residency at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, OR. She then specialized further by completing a forensic psychiatry fellowship at Yale University. She has worked as a staff psychiatrist at Atrium Health System for over 16 years.

Michelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Independent Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Michelle has worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, crisis management, outpatient treatment, inpatient treatment, and the private practice setting. Michelle has experience working with patients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma symptoms. Michelle’s passion is working with women who are struggling with managing healthy coping mechanisms in the perinatal/postpartum period.

Michelle has received extensive training from the Postpartum Support International focusing on treating patients struggling with infertility, postpartum anxiety and depression, and pregnancy loss/grief.
