Mariah Ide is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who has a passion for helping people see their true potential. Mariah earned her master's degree in mental health counseling from Stetson University in Deland, Florida, and also graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology and criminology from the University of Florida located in Gainesville, Florida. Mariah has experience with children, adolescents, and adults. Mariah has worked in school, hospital, and outpatient based settings. She has clinical practice experience with mood disorders, self esteem issues, gender identity, crisis intervention, family issues and trauma, with a certification in complex trauma. In addition to counseling, Mariah has also worked in case management and has a unique perspective behind resource utilization. She has worked on countless projects in the community to promote mental health awareness. Nana Cudjoe, MD

Dr. Nana Cudjoe is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who focuses on comprehensive psychiatric care in the form of medication management and psychotherapy. Dr. Cudjoe's motto is to "treat each person with humanity, dignity, and respect.” She believes in wholeheartedly supporting patients in their various walks of life. Dr. Cudjoe is a graduate of Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, NE and completed her psychiatry residency at Southern Illinois University (SIU) in Springfield, IL. While at SIU, Dr. Cudjoe served as a chief resident and received the Resident of the Year award from the Illinois Psychiatric Society in 2020. She was awarded resident of the year in her residency program. Dr. Cudjoe previously served as the Associate Medical Director of an Inpatient Psychiatric Unit, the Psychiatry Clerkship Co-Director and Assistant Professor at Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS). During her time at EVMS, she was honored with Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) membership, and was awarded faculty of the year. Throughout her time in residency and beyond, Dr. Cudjoe has participated in various research and quality improvement projects aimed at improving outcomes for patients with mental health conditions. Dr. Cudjoe is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, Black Psychiatrists of America, and the Psychiatric Society of Virginia. Dr. Cudjoe employs her expertise in clinical psychopathology and psychopharmacology to tailor patient-specific treatment plans. Sallie Jo Hadley, MD

Dr. Sallie Jo Hadley holds the position of Staff Psychiatrist at Talkiatry. She is board-certified in psychiatry and pediatrics and is board-eligible in child and adolescent psychiatry. She has been practicing for 22 years. Dr. Hadley's practice is focused on medication management with supportive therapy in follow-up sessions of 15 or 30 minutes. Dr. Hadley is experienced with collaborative treatment and encourages adding a therapist to your care team in those situations where additional therapy might be helpful. Dr. Hadley is a graduate of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine's triple-board program (psychiatry, pediatrics, and child and adolescent psychiatry). She completed post-doctoral research fellowships at Mount Sinai's Seaver Center for Autism Research/Compulsive-Impulsive Anxiety Disorders and at Columbia University's New York State Psychiatric Institute, the latter focusing on metabolic and weight issues in children and adolescents with psychiatric disorders. Dr. Hadley had an early background as a nurse, receiving her B.S. in Nursing from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Her experience in neonatal, psychiatric, and hospice nursing led her to pursue her degree in medicine. Dr. Hadley has worked in pharmacologic research in both academic and industry settings. Alicia Garcete, MD

Dr. Alicia Garcete is a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist who has been in practice for over 12 years. Her practice focuses on medication management, recognizing family involvement is extremely important and is an integral part of treatment. Dr. Garcete has treated a wide variety of patients with medication management, and she can provide supportive therapy and elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, but on occasions more therapy support is needed. Nirupama Natarajan, MD

Michelle Hornbaker-Park, MD

Dr. Michelle Hornbaker-Park is a board-certified General and Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with over nine years of experience. Her practice focuses on medication management, which is founded not only on evidence-based medicine but also on the understanding that a trusting therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of behavioral health healing. She incorporates CBT, supportive therapy, and psychoeducation into her medication management appointments and may refer patients for additional psychotherapy to improve outcomes. Dr. Hornbaker-Park received her Bachelor of Science degree from Ursinus College, with a dual major in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology and Neuroscience. After receiving a Health Professions Scholarship from the Army, she obtained her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College. She went on to enter active duty military service and complete General Psychiatry residency training and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship training at Tripler Army Medical Center before completing active duty service as a staff psychiatrist and 101st Airborne Division psychiatrist at Fort Campbell, KY. There she cared for active duty service members and their families to manage depression, anxiety, trauma, and the unique stressors of military service. She later transitioned to federal civilian service and served as a preceptor for Phase II Physician Assistant trainees and Army Social Work interns, reinforcing a passion for education that carried her to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC). Tait Dalton, MD

Dr. Dalton is a board-certified psychiatrist who has specialized in treating adults with mental health issues for over 16 years. He received his medical degree in 2004 from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. He completed his residency in General Psychiatry in 2008 at Cooper University Hospital in New Jersey. He has extensive experience working with adults in a wide variety of psychiatric settings. His adventurous spirit led to his first job out of residency in New Zealand, where he worked as a psychiatric consult liaison in both the hospital and ER settings. He has also worked for several years as an Outpatient Psychiatrist within the VA Medical Healthcare System. He worked for Presbyterian Medical Services in New Mexico as an Outpatient Psychiatrist for 4 years where he was eventually promoted to Regional Director of Psychiatry. He also worked for several years as an inpatient staff psychiatrist for the New Mexico State Hospital in both urgent and long-term care settings. He has spent the last several years as a traveling Outpatient Psychiatrist. His travels have taken him all over the country including Alaska, Hawaii, Texas, Washington, Minnesota, Alabama and California. ‍Dr. Dalton believes in a comprehensive, compassionate, and collaborative approach to patient care. He specializes in psychiatric medication management, while also providing supportive therapy and psychoeducation. Dr. Dockery's practice emphasizes medication management within a therapy-informed framework, utilizing skills from Acceptance and Commitment therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, motivation interviewing, and supportive therapy. He typically offers 60-minute new visits and 30-minute follow-up visits. Dr. Dockery received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 2014. He then moved to Nashville, TN to complete his general psychiatry residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he served as chief resident of inpatient services.
