Kevin Seske, LCPC

Kevin Seske is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who specializes in Sport and Health Psychology. Additionally, Kevin served in a FQHC on the Southwest side of Chicago, in their clinical setting and school-based health center.

Prior to this, Geoffrey worked in respite services at Family Services of Westchester and the Federally Qualified Health Center of the Hudson Valley Cerebral Palsy Association. Michelle Shya, LCSW

Michelle Shya, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Talkiatry, has provided care in the field for almost a decade. Kelvin is an experienced Licensed Independent Social Worker who has worked in a variety of clinical and non-clinical settings. Kelvin's years of experience include work as a case manager, mental health therapist, substance use and mental health group facilitator, a lead clinician for a school-based services program and coordinator for adventure-based programming. This experience has allowed Kelvin to serve in a variety of settings, including: schools, homes, hospitals, and outpatient clinics, as well as working with individuals from nearly every age range; anywhere from kindergarten-aged school children to adults in a nursing home and almost everywhere in between. ‍Kelvin places great importance on making treatment a unique experience for every individual, strongly believing that there is no single uniform answer to an individual's problems and solutions should be tailored to that person's specific life circumstances. Natisha Joseph is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Mercy University and certification as a Trauma Specialist. Her career began even before completing graduate school in 2014, with more than 10 years of experience providing services to youth in residential treatment. She has also served adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities as a Residential Coordinator for 8 years, supported patients in palliative care for 5 years, and has spent the last 4+ years as a dedicated Mental Health Counselor in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Natisha values open communication and collaboration, working with clients to set clear treatment goals. She creates a warm, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel supported and validated in their therapeutic journey. With a structured yet flexible approach, she helps patients navigate challenges such as trauma, emotional dysregulation, and self-care while fostering healing, growth, and problem-solving.

Katrina Canady is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy from Chaminade University in Hawaii. She has experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and provides therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups. As an Army Brat, combat veteran, and retired military spouse, she brings a global perspective and deep understanding of diverse life experiences.

Katrina uses an eclectic communication style and therapeutic approach, tailoring sessions to each individual’s needs. She fosters a respectful, nonjudgmental environment and values collaborative communication to build trust, autonomy, and strong therapeutic rapport. Katrina believes therapy is a joint effort where clients are viewed as the experts of their lives, and success stems from shared commitment and courage.
