Michelle Lake, EdD, LMHC, LCPC, has over 17 years of experience providing therapy in outpatient settings, including telehealth, university counseling centers, and mental health clinics. She works with children ages eight and older, adults, and the elderly. Michelle earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida International University and later completed a doctorate in Organizational Learning and Leadership with a specialization in Human Resources. She also holds a graduate certificate in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Michelle is dedicated to creating a warm, supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Ian Provo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is also certified in Complex Trauma treatment. He has held a clinical license for 27 years, where he has worked in a number of capacities as a mental health professional, including Clinical Director, Director of Treatment, private practice, direct care services, and case management. Ian completed his Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and his Master's Degree from the University of Illinois. Ian is passionate about his work and believes strongly in the human potential and resilience in overcoming life's obstacles and barriers. His therapeutic model focuses on multidimensional modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic model, psychoeducational approaches, and mindfulness techniques. Ian has vast experience in working with victims of sexual abuse and trauma in addition to treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD and providing couple's therapy. In addition to his professional work, Ian is actively engaged in volunteer work where he helps victims of sexual human trafficking, providing clinical assessments and engaging in public awareness campaigns. He recently composed, produced, and directed an anti-human trafficking music video for an organization.

Hayley Schiller-Giles is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience practicing in both crisis response and outpatient mental health settings. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from Fordham University. Hayley is certified in motivational interviewing and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, has completed Gottman Couples Counseling Level 1 training, and completed coursework in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through the Beck Institute.

Hayley values a collaborative, client-centered approach to care. She works closely with patients to create shared goals and customized treatment plans that reflect their needs and strengths. Sessions often include practical tools and strategies, and Hayley regularly assigns “homework” to support progress between appointments.

From there, treatment is guided by a highly collaborative process in which clinician and client work together to adjust goals, strategies, and interventions over time.
