Dr. Silverberg is a licensed counselor in Arizona, California, and Washington, and has been licensed since 2008.  Dr. Silverberg has extensive experience working in the mental health field with varied client demographics, helping clients with varied conditions including a Federally Qualified Health Center.

Historically, Dr. Silverberg attended the University of Delaware, majoring in psychology and minoring in cognitive science.  After a master’s degree from the University of Phoenix, he went on to complete a Doctor of Behavioral Health degree from Arizona State University in 2011.

Dr. Silverberg has an eclectic approach to mental health issues including pieces of ACT, CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing.  He believes in the mind-body connection and that both affect each other.

Corinne Motto is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who has experience with a variety of populations in the mental health field. Corinne attended undergraduate school at the University of Pittsburgh, and her Master's of Arts at Seton Hill University, both in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.Corinne has been practicing for more than fifteen years as an outpatient therapist in a variety of settings. Her focus has been on but not limited to depression, anxiety, domestic violence, and other mental health conditions. Adam Banks, LCSW, earned his MSW from Fordham University in 2010 and became a licensed clinical social worker in 2016. He also holds a Master’s in Psychology from Queens College and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Brandeis University. With over 12 years of clinical experience across community mental health, home-based family therapy, and outpatient substance abuse programs, Adam specializes in anxiety, adult ADHD, and infertility/family building. He is passionate about supporting clients navigating reproductive challenges and transitions to parenthood, often integrating narrative therapy to help families envision their future.

Geoffrey Edelstein, LCSW, is a Licensed Certified Social Worker. His practice is informed by the latest neuro-cognitive sciences, emphasizing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions. In addition to working with children, adolescents, and adults, he also works with couples and families. Geoffrey also has experience working with LGBTQ+ clients. Geoffrey received his Master's in Social Work from New York University Silver School of Social Work. Before that, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at Drew University. Geoffrey's experience includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy, but his unique approach to therapy also integrates music, writing, drawing, and origami. In crafting a treatment plan, Geoffrey draws on his years of clinical experience from Four Winds Hospital. There, Geoffrey served as the Coordinator of Children's Services and facilitated care for children ages 8-13 in a Dialectical Behavior Therapy group setting. Geoffrey also worked with adults and adolescents in Four Winds' inpatient units. Prior to this, Geoffrey worked in respite services at Family Services of Westchester and the Federally Qualified Health Center of the Hudson Valley Cerebral Palsy Association.
