He is also an experienced yoga and meditation instructor who teaches at national yoga conferences.

Dr. Griffin believes strong patient relationships are the foundation of effective treatment. He combines psychotherapy with medication management to provide comprehensive care and incorporates his background in mindfulness, yoga, and meditation into his therapeutic approach when appropriate.

Deborah Gross, MD, earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and completed her psychiatric residency at the University of Washington. She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and has extensive experience treating mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, addiction, disordered eating, and personality disorders in both outpatient and inpatient settings. She is also ASAM-certified in addiction medicine and holds a lifetime certificate from the American Board of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Gross is the author of a three-book series supporting women with disordered eating.

I am an LCSW in New York with 18 years of experience in human service and nonprofit organizations. My recent work was at a community-based mental health clinic, where I worked with people of all ages and with various goals for counseling. I previously worked at a community organization in Syracuse that provides support to people with sensory loss, to maintain or establish independence, and I also worked as a therapist with a Mobile Crisis team. I received a Master's Degree in Social Work and a BA in Psychology from Syracuse University, and I have completed training in Conflict Resolution.

After finishing my undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, I completed the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) Master of Science program before enrolling in medical school at the same institution. I maintained oversight of behavioral health care being delivered through 11 clinics and satellite locations, providing patient care for over 30,000 beneficiaries. While in leadership, I continued to provide direct patient care for service members and dependents, including child and adolescent populations. Due to my experience with this unique population, I have extensive experience in treating individuals with trauma.

Dr. Stephanie Negrey is a board certified psychiatrist. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biology and History at Fordham University in the Bronx and then attended medical school at the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University. She completed her residency at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio as a member of the United States Air Force. Dr. Negrey served as an active duty psychiatrist; her duties included medical director of the mental health clinic at a special operations base as well as a program manager for the Air Force substance use program.

Dr. Negrey has experience treating a wide range of ages and diagnoses, with particular emphasis on personality disorders, depression, anxiety, and post traumatic stress disorder. She integrates supportive and psychodynamic therapies into her medication management appointments with a goal of achieving improvement through a holistic approach. Dr. Negrey will work with patients to reach their goals for their mental health care while also providing a compassionate and collaborative environment.

My specialties include affective and anxiety disorders, and I have specific expertise in neuropsychiatry, psychopharmacology, and alternative treatments for affective disorders. I most recently served as medical director for clinical services at Erlanger Behavioral Health Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. After several years of private practice, I served as Chief of Inpatient Psychiatric Services and then as Chief of Psychiatry at Mountain Home VA Medical Center.
