Susannah Williams, MD

Dr. Lisa Oliveri is a double board-certified psychiatrist in Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry. She completed her undergraduate training at the University of Florida, followed by medical school at the Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University. She completed both her residency in Psychiatry and fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Since graduating from fellowship, Dr. Oliveri has held an academic appointment at the University of Miami, teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, and serving as the Miami Veterans Healthcare System Site Director for the University of Miami Psychiatry residency and fellowship programs. Additionally, she has served as the Medical Director of the inpatient psychiatry unit and subsequently as the Assistant Chief of Psychiatry for the Miami VA Healthcare System. Dr. Oliveri has a strong interest in treating a broad range of psychiatric disorders, including depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, and substance use disorders. She has extensive experience in treating adults with severe psychiatric illnesses in the inpatient setting. Dr. Latori Griffin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10+ years' experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, intimacy related issues, and personality distress. Her specialty areas include seeing clients from underserved backgrounds with challenging life circumstances, racial/cultural traumas, substance use/abuse, career and educational planning, and relational traumas. Her goals are to offer a holistic approach to therapy that is concerned with the whole person and is conducive to growth and healing. Considering the spiritual, emotional, physical, psychological, social, and societal aspects of a client's experiences are of the utmost importance in creating an environment of warmth and support. Dr. Griffin works with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment, and she will tailor the treatment plan to meet the clients' unique and specific needs. Dr. Aileen Kim approaches medication management with an emphasis on shared decision-making within safe, effective options, thorough counseling about what to expect in treatment, and giving attention to the concurrent use of non-medication modalities of treatment alongside optimizing medication. She is accustomed to working with people who have more than one diagnosis. She is skilled and experienced in de-prescribing (methodically streamlining the number of medications being taken) when needed. Patients can see Dr. Kim for medication management, therapy, or both. Dr. Kim is board certified in Adult Psychiatry. She graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago in 2004. She was selected for the Health Professions Scholarship Program and completed her residency in 2008 at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth in Virginia, where she was chief resident. Following residency, she deployed to Kuwait as a medical officer. She has taught and supervised residents at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. She left active duty in the Navy as a Lieutenant Commander. After becoming a civilian, she went into solo practice, then joined Potomac Behavioral Solutions in 2014, where she served as medical director. Dr. Kim is a past president of the Virginia Psychoanalytic Society. She also lectures advanced mental health professionals for Lingyu International Psychology Centre based in Toronto. Dr. Andrew Miller is a board-certified psychiatrist with extensive experience treating patients across Indiana. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Indiana University, followed by his Doctorate of Medicine and residency training in psychiatry. He went on to complete a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry and maintains active involvement in professional organizations, including serving as past president of the Indiana Council of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Outside of medicine, Dr. Miller values time with his wife and two children and enjoys sports, Lego building, and supporting Indiana athletics.

Dr. Miller believes in building a collaborative therapeutic relationship grounded in respect and open communication. He strives to create a safe, supportive environment where patients of all ages—children, adolescents, and adults—feel heard and understood. He works to balance medical expertise with patient preferences, encouraging shared decision-making and honoring each individual’s goals in treatment.

Dr. Miller begins with a thorough evaluation to gain a complete understanding of each patient’s history, strengths, and challenges. From there, he develops a personalized treatment plan that may include therapy, medication management, and integration of other supportive resources. He is committed to ongoing follow-up, adjusting care as needed, and helping patients move toward lasting improvement in their mental health and overall well-being.

Dr. Erica Cusick is a board-certified psychiatrist at Talkiatry. She completed her undergraduate training at the University of Rochester and medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is committed to treating a wide range of mental health disorders and addressing the psychological and emotional challenges faced by adults of all ages. During her residency training at Allegheny General Hospital, Dr. Cusick developed a keen interest in the nuances of medication management, including drug interactions and side effects, ensuring accurate diagnoses, the mental health needs of women, identification of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder in adults, and addressing mental health issues that may arise with concussions, traumatic brain injuries, strokes, Parkinson's Disease or dementia. Dr. Cusick approaches patient care collaboratively by actively listening to patients and involving them in their treatment planning while providing evidence-based care.

Dr. Telonis is a board-eligible adult psychiatrist who had been in practice for four years. Her focus is on using a collaborative approach and shared-decision making to help patients achieve their treatment goals. Dr. Telonis typically provides monthly 30-minute follow-ups with a focus on medication management and supportive therapy. In some instances, she may recommend a separate therapist to help facilitate the best care possible. Dr. Telonis earned her bachelor's degree in History of Art from Johns Hopkins University and then completed her master's at King's College London in international development with a focus on climate change. She received her medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine and completed her psychiatry training at Mount Sinai Morningside and West Hospitals. Dr. Telonis has worked with a diverse patient population while training at Mount Sinai Morningside.‍
