Sebrina Cotton, LPCC

Sebrina Cotton is a passionate advocate for mental health and holistic well-being. With over 7 years of experience in the mental health field, she has worked with diverse populations seeking support in managing various challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship/marital issues, grief/loss, and life transitions. Sebrina's approach is person-centered and collaborative. She will hold you accountable to the goals you want to accomplish through a combination of empathy, active listening, and skillful interventions. Sebrina welcomes you to a warm and safe space to bring all of who you are to each session. She will walk alongside you through your therapy journey towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Yumi Lemaster, LCSW

Yumi Lemaster is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a strong foundation in social psychology and military social work. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology from Park University and her Master of Social Work from Fayetteville State University through the U.S. Army’s expedited program. Her clinical training included work at Schofield Barracks and Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii. Yumi holds certifications in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. She completed her Army career as a Brigade Behavioral Health Officer, supporting thousands of service members and their families through deployments, reintegration, and a wide range of behavioral health concerns.

Yumi is a direct, yet tender and genuine therapist who meets patients where they are in life. She works to understand the whole person and balances a solution-oriented approach with deep psychotherapy. Her style is collaborative and goal focused, while also encouraging insight into patterns or experiences that may have been difficult to acknowledge. She values transparency and views respectful conflict and open feedback as meaningful parts of growth and the therapeutic process.

Yumi begins by gaining an understanding of the concerns that bring a patient to therapy, along with relevant personal history. Together, she and the patient identify therapy goals and develop a treatment plan, often with a 3–6 month framework. As life circumstances and challenges evolve, she works collaboratively with patients to adjust goals and approaches to best support ongoing progress.

Helen Fitzpatrick, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University–Chicago and has worked in diverse settings, including crisis centers, hospitals, senior services, and the VA. Helen has extensive experience with adults and children with disabilities, caregivers, and veterans, as well as those managing trauma, medical recovery, or ongoing health issues.

Helen believes that therapy should be a collaborative and supportive process. She takes time to truly listen and understand her clients’ experiences, helping them identify goals that feel meaningful and attainable. Helen creates a space where clients can speak freely—especially when it feels difficult to open up to family or friends—and she brings compassion, patience, and understanding to every session.

Helen begins by exploring what her clients would like to focus on and works together with them to develop realistic and personalized goals. She values open communication and mutual respect, adjusting her approach to meet each person’s unique needs and pace.
