Ann-Marie helps people over the age of 13 who are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, and unexpected life changes. She enjoy working with adolescents and adults including members of the LGBTQIA+ community who are motivated to enhance their mental health and be the best versions of themselves.

Together, we will build a therapeutic relationship in a trusting, non judgmental environment. She encourages clients to be involved in their treatment plans and goals to help give them the tools they need to improve their mental health.

Ms. McMillan has worked with individuals dealing with a variety of mental health issues throughout her years of experience as a therapist. She has worked with people of all ages and has experience working with families and couples. She has had additional training to serve individuals dealing with addictions and with processing trauma. She has had extensive experience working with individuals dealing with mood disorders and anxiety, as well as relationship and parenting issues.

Natalie Zamudio, LCSW

Natalie Zamudio is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona and Colorado, and a LICSW in Washington. She holds an MSW from Western New Mexico University and a Master’s in Health Psychology from Grand Canyon University. Natalie has extensive experience in outpatient therapy, inpatient psychiatric and medical settings, care coordination, and crisis intervention. She is skilled in CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy, and is fluent in Spanish, supporting culturally diverse populations.

Ronda T. Alaniz, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience providing therapy and case management for children, adolescents, and adults. She currently serves as a Remote Therapist with Hazel Health Services, conducting evaluations and offering evidence-based counseling for clients ages 4–25. With over nine years as a School Mental Health Counselor at Edgewood ISD, Ronda developed and implemented individual and group counseling programs for PK–12 students. She also brings valuable leadership experience as a former Program Director and Case Manager in nonprofit and social service settings. Ronda earned her Master of Arts in Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University.

Ronda creates a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard and respected. She values open communication and works closely with clients to establish meaningful, achievable goals. Her approach integrates evidence-based methods tailored to each client’s developmental stage and individual needs. Sonja Glasco, LCSW

Sonja Glasco, LCSW, has dedicated over 20 years to supporting children, families, and individuals navigating mood disorders, trauma, PTSD, and grief. She brings extensive training in techniques designed to create new neural pathways in the brain and has significant experience supporting couples through attachment-based approaches. In her practice, Sonja helps clients explore how life experiences have shaped them and partners with them to create a meaningful plan for healing.

Sonja’s therapeutic style is eclectic, allowing her to tailor care to each client’s unique needs. She frequently integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness training, while weaving in psychoeducational teachings to enhance growth and understanding. Lauren Mingle, LPC

Staff Therapist, Clinical Lead

Lauren Mingle is an outpatient therapist at Talkiatry. She is dually licensed in Colorado as a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist). Lauren earned her master's degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling/Therapy from the University of Northern Colorado. Before joining Talkiatry, Lauren held roles in a diverse array of settings including community mental health, crisis services, and outpatient therapy. Her previous specialty focuses included youth, adolescents, adults, and couples. Lauren uses a variety of evidence-based approaches including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to meet people where they are at and work with them to best reach their personalized therapy goals.

Amber Durham, LCSW

Amber Durham, LCSW, has six years of experience practicing in outpatient settings. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2018 and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Union University in 2020. In 2023, she became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Amber’s background allows her to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that supports patients through a variety of mental health challenges.

Amber values open communication and believes in working collaboratively with patients to establish clear, achievable treatment goals. She creates a warm and supportive environment where patients feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment.
