Divya Khosla, MD

Dr. Tony Tu is a board certified adult psychiatrist who emphasizes patient education and a psychodynamic approach to outpatient psychiatry. His passion for empowering patients with knowledge stems from his academic experience in psychiatry residency training. Dr. Tu's practice focuses on blending medication management together with psychotherapy. He also prioritizes collaboration with your therapist and encourages working together as a team. Dr. Tu is a graduate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine where he completed an MD and PhD combined program which helped develop his "doctors as teachers” style of practice. Dr. Tu completed his psychiatry residency training at Loyola University Medical Center in Illinois. Dr. Tu served as an Associate Program Director of Loyola's Psychiatry residency training program for two years, and now maintains an Affiliate Assistant Professor of Psychiatry role with Loyola. He continues to contribute to residency training, as well as mentorship of medical students and psychology externs. Over the years, Dr. Tu has received several awards that demonstrate his affinity for teaching, including the Educator of the Year Award in 2022 from the Loyola Psychiatry Residency Program. Areas of specialization include psychopharmacology, patient-centered medicine, and combination treatment of psychiatry and psychotherapy. Dr. Tu understands that medications are not the end-all-be-all of treatment, but just the beginning. Dr. Sabrina Ghim is a board-certified physician specializing in adult psychiatry and practices adult psychiatric medication management. She focuses on building a strong therapeutic and collaborative environment with patients. She works with individuals struggling with depression, ADHD, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety disorders, including generalized anxiety, and social anxiety. Dr. Ghim usually meets with patients monthly for psychiatric follow up appointments. She provides psychiatric medication management in a comprehensive manner, paying careful attention to each patient's unique biological, psychological, and cultural make-up. She is diligent about keeping up-to-date on the research and expanding frontiers of psychiatry and psychopharmacology. She strongly believes in tailoring treatment in an integrative and collaborative manner to provide the best outcome for each unique patient. In some instances, Dr. Ghim may recommend the addition of a separate therapist in order to help facilitate the best care possible. Dr. Ghim experienced various cultures growing up in different countries and environments, shaping her open-minded demeanor and views, and eventually her interest in the human mind and psychiatry. She earned her bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology with honors, and a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. She completed her Adult Psychiatric Internship and Residency training in New York City, at the Mount Sinai Morningside and West Hospitals, where she treated a diverse patient population with psychiatric illnesses in emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings. Dr. Ghim is currently licensed in and seeing patients located in the states of New York, Florida, and Texas for medication management.

Dr. Abby Reineck currently serves as an outpatient child and adolescent psychiatrist. She has been practicing for 13 years. Dr. Reineck's practice primarily offers medication-management services in conjunction with either supportive or eclectic therapy. Follow-up appointments average 30 minutes, but may be more or less. Occasionally, Dr. Reineck believes the addition of a therapist is needed and will request you bring a therapist into your care team. This will be asked of individuals if she believes it will lead to an improved clinical outcome. Reineck received her medical degree from Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University, located in Dayton, OH. She completed her psychiatry residency and child and adolescent fellowship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, in Hanover, NH. After completing her training, Dr. Reineck moved to Brattleboro, VT, where she became an attending psychiatrist at The Brattleboro Retreat, working on both the child and adolescent inpatient units. The Brattleboro Retreat's location was such that it served a large number of patients from nearby states, which included New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York. However, it also served as the only psychiatric inpatient facility for children and adolescents in the entire state of Vermont. Dr. Reineck also worked as the lead psychiatrist on the inpatient, adult, dual-diagnosis unit. This unit provided care for individuals struggling with addiction and mental-health related issues, some of whom required medically supervised detoxification. After roughly five years, Dr. Reineck moved from Vermont to Erie, PA. She began working at a residential treatment facility for child and adolescent patients who required care in a highly supervised and highly structured setting. Dr. Reineck also began serving as a child and adolescent psychiatrist for patients enrolled in a school-based partial-hospitalization program. Dr. Reineck gradually transitioned from these roles into strictly outpatient work. She worked as an outpatient psychiatrist in Butler, PA, where she treated child, adolescent, and adult patients. Dr. Reineck eventually narrowed her scope of practice to providing psychiatric treatment for only outpatient children and adolescents. She did so out of facilities located in Erie and Meadville, PA. Drr. Reineck completed her undergraduate studies at Ohio University. While Dr. Reineck has experience treating a wide variety of patients, her primary focus has been treating children and adolescents with a vast array of presenting concerns.

Dr. Jenna Hartman is double board certified in General Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry. Dr. Hartman graduated from Tufts University before completing medical school at New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed residency at Maimonides Medical Center, where she was a Chief Resident, and then pursued an addiction psychiatry fellowship at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. Dr. Hartman was also trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy by the Psychoanalytic Association of NY. Following her training, Dr. Hartman returned to Maimonides Medical Center, where she worked as an attending adult outpatient clinic, treating patients from many different backgrounds with a wide array of diagnoses. She holds a special interest in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and OCD. Dr. Hartman uses a compassionate and thoughtful approach in order to form a collaborative partnership with her patients. She believes in treating the person as a whole and tailoring treatments to each individual's specific needs. Dr. Hartman works with patients in 30 30-minute follow up sessions, where in addition to medication management she provides supportive and at times psychodynamic therapeutic techniques.

Dr. Luna Sanchez Rivera holds the position of Staff Psychiatrist at Talkiatry. After completing residency in 2016 at the Ponce Medical School Psychiatry Residency in Puerto Rico, she then moved to North Carolina to complete a subspecialty in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Duke University Health System. There, she transitioned into an assistant professor position, focused on structuring pediatric emergency psychiatric services, and helped support the consult and liaison pediatric service. Her years of experience have included working as an integrated care child psychiatrist within outpatient clinics at Duke University Health System, and she trained and worked as a staff psychiatrist at the Inpatient State Facility in North Carolina. She also served in the Dayton Children's Hospital outpatient clinics in Dayton, Ohio, the Appalachian Health System outpatient clinics in Linville, North Carolina, and more recently has been serving the Child and Adolescent inpatient population in Bangor, Maine. Dr. Sanchez Rivera has an approachable style aimed at providing a comprehensive evaluation for all age ranges and is comfortable managing various levels of diagnostic complexities. She provides supportive psychotherapy while using psychodynamic therapy skills to clarify her patient's constellation of symptoms, identify unifying themes and provide thorough psychoeducation throughout the process to drive positive outcomes. She integrates psychodynamic medication management approaches and is adept at family therapy interventions.

Dr. Jennifer Cenker is a board-certified psychiatrist with a strong foundation in science and mental health care. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from John Carroll University, completed a PhD in Molecular Virology at Case Western Reserve University, and received her medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, where she also completed her Psychiatry Residency. She treats a range of conditions including ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and PTSD/trauma.

Dr. Cenker values open communication and a strong therapeutic alliance, creating a supportive and collaborative environment where patients feel heard and respected. She develops individualized treatment plans that typically include both medication management and therapy, guided by evidence-based practices. She also promotes weight-neutral care and emphasizes health-supporting habits.

Dr. Cenker begins with a comprehensive initial appointment focused on understanding each patient’s history and treatment goals. She uses this information to build personalized treatment plans. Follow-up appointments include ongoing medication management and the integration of therapeutic techniques, ensuring care evolves with the patient's needs.
