Jessica Vassallo, LCSW

Jessica Vassallo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in the area of mental health. She has worked with patients of various demographics including World Trade Center responders, college students, patients with severe and persistent mental illness, dually diagnosed patients, patients who have or have had cancer, and patients with impoverished backgrounds. She received her Master's Degree at Adelphi University in 2003, became certified that year and received her license in clinical social work in 2008. Jessica has been practicing in social work for 20 years, focusing on anxiety, depression, and PTSD. She uses an eclectic approach in therapy with a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness therapy, and supportive psychotherapy. She develops an individualized treatment plan for all patients to focus on their goals. After completing her Master's internship with Lutheran Social Services working with families, children, and adults with mental health concerns, Alysha worked with adults with addiction and mental health concerns in an inpatient detox and rehabilitation hospital. She then transitioned to working at Mayo Clinic as an outpatient psychotherapist working with all ages. Alysha has been providing psychotherapy through telehealth online since the beginning of the pandemic. Alysha specializes in working with teens, people with addiction, and people with a trauma history. Her style is laid-back and approachable when treating individuals who suffer from various diagnoses. Nora Feldpausch, MD

Dr. Nora Feldpausch earned her medical degree with AOA honors from Michigan State University and completed a general psychiatry residency there, with a focus on psychotherapy and medication management for adults 18 and older. She has been board certified in General Adult Psychiatry since 2012. Dr. Feldpausch has extensive experience working with college and transitional-age young adults, including nine years at Colorado State University Health Network and work with Michigan State University CAPS. She serves as an advisor on telehealth and college and graduate student health for the American Psychiatric Association and as Secretary for the Association for College Psychiatry. She also supports rural mental health initiatives and has lived and worked in rural Colorado for over 12 years.

Dr. Feldpausch views psychiatric care as a collaborative partnership grounded in trust, mutual respect, and open communication. She prioritizes listening carefully to each patient’s experiences and values to develop an accurate, evidence-based diagnosis and treatment plan. While experienced in medication management, she emphasizes balancing psychotherapy, nutrition, exercise, and medication to support long-term wellness and minimize side effects.

Emil Ibrahim, MD

Dr Ibrahim joined Talkiatry as a general adult psychiatrist.

Dr Ibrahim earned his medical degree from faculty of medicine, University of Cairo, Egypt.

He completed residency in general psychiatry at Case Western Reserve university and MetroHealth medical center in Cleveland, Ohio.

He practiced psychiatry for 30 years. working in different settings:

Janeen Paul, MD

Dr. Paul has worked in outpatient private practice psychiatry for nearly 20 years. Throughout her career, she has combined medication management with talk therapy, to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient's needs. Dr. Paul received her MD from The University of Iowa. She completed an intern year in Obstetrics and Gynecology at The University of Illinois, Chicago, and went on to psychiatry residency at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL. Dr. Janeen Paul is board certified in Adult Psychiatry. She specializes in Women's Issues, including pregnancy, postpartum and menopause, and has extensive experience treating depression, bipolar disorder and anxiety disorders, including OCD and PTSD. The mind/body connection is at the forefront of her care, with attention paid to diet and exercise as well as breathing and meditation. She often collaborates with primary care physicians and therapists to provide a team approach to treatment. She treats patients over age 18.‍

While he frequently works with patients experiencing anxiety and related conditions, his practice does not include prescribing benzodiazepines such as Xanax, Ativan, or Klonopin.
