Throughout her career, she has served in various leadership roles, including as Chief of Psychiatry at Pro Medica Healthcare Company.

Michael Gravenstein, MD

Dr. Michael Gravenstein earned his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine, where he also completed his psychiatry residency. During training, he was recognized with multiple awards, including the Malcom Randall VA Resident of the Year Award, the Ross A. McElroy Psychotherapy Award, and the John “J.D.” Dorian Award for best sense of humor. He has worked across outpatient, inpatient, and consult liaison settings, and has experience treating a wide range of conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, personality disorders, and transitional age concerns. He also has expertise working with LGBTQIA+ patients and provides psychodynamic, CBT, and supportive therapies.

Dr. Gravenstein believes in a comprehensive approach to treatment that integrates medications, therapy, and lifestyle interventions. Sarah Guzman, MD

Staff Psychiatrist

Dr. Sarah Guzman earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine and completed her psychiatric residency at UT Southwestern in Dallas, TX. She served as a psychiatrist in the United States Navy and has practiced in inpatient and outpatient settings, including a state-run mental health clinic and as a civilian on a United States Army base. She provides general adult psychiatry and medication management, treating anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and PTSD.

Dr. Guzman strives to create a supportive, judgment-free space where patients feel heard and respected. She values psychoeducation so patients can make informed decisions about their care. Honesty, mutual trust, and clear communication are central to her approach, as she views treatment as a collaborative partnership focused on shared goals.

The initial appointment centers on understanding each patient’s history and concerns. By the second session, treatment goals are identified. From there, Dr. Guzman collaborates with patients to develop individualized treatment plans and adjust care as needed to support meaningful progress.

Rachel Meyen, MD

Staff Psychiatrist

Dr. Meyen graduated from the University of Missouri School of Medicine and completed her psychiatry residency training at Harvard South Shore. She completed a fellowship in geriatric psychiatry through Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. Dr. Meyen was employed by the Department of Veteran Affairs for 10 years prior to joining Talkiatry. She is board certified in both adult and geriatric psychiatry. She specializes in depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, and many other mental health disorders.

Dr. Meyen is a Harvard trained, board certified, adult psychiatrist who specializes in creating individually tailored treatment plans for patients using high quality evidence and up-to-date clinical guidelines. She has a passion for shared decision making, which means empathetic listening to each patient, and making a customized plan that supports their individual values and preferences.  

When meeting with a patient for the first time, Dr. Meyen carefully reviews current symptoms, past history, patient values/preferences. She works with the patient to develop individual treatment goals. Dr. Meyen values developing a trusting relationship with each patient and wants each patient to feel heard and valued.

Amanda Sager, LPCC

Amanda Sager is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience working in group practice settings and Post-Traumatic Stress retreat environments. She works with individuals who have experienced trauma and significant life stressors. Amanda earned a master’s degree in Counseling from Concordia University Irvine, as well as an additional master’s degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration.

Amanda is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who specializes in helping individuals navigate profound life challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful healing. She provides a safe, non-judgmental space where patients can process pain, reconnect with inner strengths, and reclaim their personal narratives. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on creating a strong, trusting relationship where patients feel truly seen and understood.

Amanda begins treatment by developing a thorough understanding of each patient’s history, concerns, and goals during the initial session. From there, she works collaboratively with patients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals and support sustainable growth and healing.

Stephanie Jarvie, MD

Dr. Stephanie Jarvie is a board-certified psychiatrist and has been practicing for over eight years. Stephanie completed her Bachelor's degree at the University of Bristol in her native United Kingdom. She attended Saint George's University school of medicine in Grenada and completed her residency training in psychiatry at New York Medical College Metropolitan Hospital in NYC, New York. As chief resident, Dr. Jarvie learned to balance her clinical experience with organizational duties and scholarly activities. She has played a crucial role, both clinically, and has been a part of multi-disciplinary treatment teams. More recently, she has been an inpatient clinical psychiatrist at Banner University medical center in Arizona and has served as an assistant professor of psychiatry at the University of Arizona for four years. Stephanie is from Edinburgh, Scotland. Her studies and training have taken her on a journey from the United Kingdom and the Caribbean to New York City and Arizona. She uses her exposure to diverse patient populations from around the world to help with her clinical skills and treatment plans. Dr. Jarvie has a wealth of knowledge and experience in treating a diverse range of psychiatric disorders such as major depression disorder, anxiety, bipolar spectrum disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorders. Dr. Jarvie's practice focuses on medication management. She offers this in conjunction with supportive therapy in 30-minute follow-up. She works collaboratively with patients to develop individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their goal, which may include medication management, lifestyle interventions, and stress reduction techniques. Dr. Jarvie believes that additional therapy may be necessary and asks that you bring a therapist into your care team to provide the best outcome.

Rayal Gorrepati, MD

Dr. Rayal Gorrepati is double board certified in both adult and geriatric psychiatry. He has been practicing for over 12 years. Dr. Gorrepati's practice focuses on medication management. Typically, he offers this in conjunction with supportive psychotherapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. However, occasionally Dr. Gorrepati may believe that additional therapy is also needed and ask that you bring a therapist into your care team to provide the best possible outcome. He received his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. His general psychiatry residency was completed at Cooper University Hospital in New Jersey. He then completed a Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Hawaii. After completing training, he returned to his hometown of Chicago and began working at a Federally Qualified Health Center providing care to an underserved low-income population for nearly 12 years. While at the clinic, he treated a wide range of diagnoses, the most common ones being depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc. His primary clinical focus is treating adults with depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
