Nicole Murphy, LMHC, earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University at Albany in 2018. She then went on to earn her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2019. Nicole has worked in various settings where she has gained experience working with adolescents and adults. Nicole has worked in an outpatient program for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. She has also worked in a school setting, teaching tools and healthy coping strategies to adolescents.

Nicole will always meet a client where they are at. She will always lend a compassionate ear and empower clients to make positive changes in their lives.

Dr. Aisling Rea is a dedicated therapist with an extensive educational background and experience in the field of psychology. She earned a Bachelor of Science at Florida Atlantic University, completed a Master of Science at Florida International University and a Doctorate in Psychology at Walden University. During her internship at Youth Automotive Training Center and The Humanistic Center for Counseling Services, Dr. Rea worked with individuals, families, couples, first responders and high-risk populations, having the opportunity to work with a variety of clients. As a professional, Dr. Rea gained valuable experience working in inpatient and outpatient programs and settings. Dr. Rea has a passion in helping clients heal from depression, anxiety, mood disorders, psycho-spiritual and relationship challenges. She believes open, empathetic understanding and taking a collaborative approach are the keys to a client-centered practice, and an important part of the healing and wellness of clients. In addition to Dr. Rea's clinical practice, she loves the ocean, enjoying photography, SCUBA diving, participating in beach clean-ups, and spending time with her family, dog and cat.

Dr. Michelle Zaydlin is a board-certified psychiatrist who has experience in caring for diverse patient populations presenting with an array of diagnoses. Her interests include neurodevelopmental disorders (autism, ADHD), mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and comorbid medical conditions. She has completed internships in pediatric neuropsychology and worked as a behavior therapist, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, enriching her understanding of development and neurocognitive functioning. Additionally, Dr. Zaydlin actively participates in research and is actively engaged in educational initiatives for other healthcare providers. Dr. Zaydlin believes in a collaborative and compassionate approach to mental health care. She works with patients across their lifespans, integrating psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. She integrates cultural sensitivity with evidence-based practices to provide individualized, holistic care. Dr. Kevin Lu is a board certified adult psychiatrist. In addition to medication management, he integrates elements of psychotherapy, psychoeducation, lifestyle changes, and relationship skills into his approach. He enjoys working with a variety of individuals and conditions, with particular experience with veterans, immigrants, and university students. He has a friendly and casual style, and prioritizes strong therapeutic relationships in his work. Dr. Lu completed his undergraduate studies at New York University's Stern School of Business, and after a short career in finance, he made a transition into medicine. He received his medical degree from the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, and completed residency training in psychiatry at the University of Arizona in Tucson.

Dr. Alexander Van-Den-Ende is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who recently completed his psychiatry residency training at Authority Health in Detroit, Michigan. Beyond his proficiency in medication management, Dr. Van-Den-Ende has training in talk therapy and novel treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. He is pleased with the increase in access to mental healthcare that comes through telemedicine, and is committed to providing high quality care to his patients. Dr. Maxine Minto is a double board-certified psychiatrist. She is board certified in General Adult Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association (APA). Dr. Minto is an associate professor of psychiatry at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. She is an active member of both the APA and American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Minto received her medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She completed her general psychiatry residency and child-adolescent fellowship at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. She has more than 25+ years of experience working in the psychiatric profession. She has previously worked extensively in the role of medical director in multiple settings. Dr. Minto was honored with the role of medical director of a large community mental health center, child psychiatry inpatient program, adult and child inpatient residential treatment program, and outpatient residential day treatment program. She also has 8 years of experience working with the Deaf community. Dr. Minto specializes in psychopharmacology and supportive therapy. She performs comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develops patient-centered individualized treatment plans, and schedules regular follow-up appointments. She has a wealth of experience in treating patients with depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and anxiety disorders.

Melissa Sims, PMHNP

Melissa Sims, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2022 and has worked in community mental health and corrections since that time.

Melissa believes in a collaborative approach to care which includes utilizing other mental health professionals, medical providers, family, and other resources that may be pertinent to the patient’s treatment. She takes a patient-centered and individualized approach to treatment, utilizing both medication management and psychotherapy to address the unique needs of each patient.

When working with Melissa, a patient should expect to have a comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment plan tailored to his or her mental health needs. One of Melissa’s primary goals is to empower each person to make informed decisions about his or her mental health care by providing information and education based on research, evidence-based practices and clinical experience.
