Rebecca Farias, MD

Dr. Peter Hsieh has experience practicing in both outpatient and inpatient psychiatric settings. He earned his medical degree from the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell and completed his psychiatry residency at Zucker SOM at Mather Hospital.

Dr. Hsieh values patient education and shared decision-making. He fosters a nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard and supported, working collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that fits their goals and needs.

Dr. Hsieh begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and partners with each patient to create an individualized treatment plan that aligns with their values and evidence-based care. His approach often combines medication management with psychotherapeutic modalities.

Dr. Goel holds the position of Staff Psychiatrist at Talkiatry. She has completed adult psychiatry training and is board certified. She has been actively involved in mental health care in various capacities over the past 7 years.

Dr. Goel's practice focuses on psychopharmacological interventions. Typically, she combines this with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Dr. Goel also strongly believes that the best outcomes are achieved, when you treat a person and not just illness.

She received her medical degree from one of the largest publicly funded medical schools in India, L.L.R.M. Medical College, Meerut, India, before moving to the US. She gained experience in mental and behavioral health in various roles at some of the most prestigious institutions in the US, namely Northwestern University, Emory University, and North Shore-LIJ. She completed her residency at Nassau University Medical Center, East Meadow, NY. Dr. Goel has been a co-author of several research papers. Her team's research work has also been presented at national and international meetings as well.

While Dr. Goel enjoys working with adults with various psychiatric disorders, her primary focus is on treating adults with various anxiety and depressive disorders. Dr. Goel also has a special interest in co-occuring sleep disorders with these conditions.

Dr. Stoddard earned his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson and completed his residency at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix. He is board-certified in psychiatry and provides care for adult patient populations. Prior to his career in medicine, he proudly served in the U.S. Air Force.

Although Dr. Stoddard specializes in medication management of psychiatric conditions, supportive psychotherapy is often incorporated into his visits, as he believes a combined approach leads to a more robust treatment response. Additionally, he aims to enhance wellness through discussion of lifestyle modifications that emphasize quality sleep, a healthy diet, and regular exercise.

Initial appointments consist of a psychiatric evaluation and discussion of evidence-based treatment options. If telehealth is deemed to be an appropriate modality and pharmacotherapy is recommended, discussion will consist of selecting a suitable medication to address target symptoms while minimizing adverse effects. Follow-up visits focus on assessing treatment response and adjusting regimens to optimize outcomes.

Shelah Radke, MD, JD, is a double board-certified Child and Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist with over a decade of extensive experience in mental health care, specializing in the well-being of children, adolescents, and young adults. She currently serves in St. Louis, MO, where she is known for her dynamic leadership as a Medical Director and her robust clinical practice. Throughout her career, Dr. Radke has held pivotal roles, including Medical Director of Crisis Psychiatry Services at Mercy Hospital and key positions in several reputable outpatient clinics across the U.S. Her clinical acumen spans a diverse range of settings, from private practice and crisis care to specialized programs in residential and educational institutions.

A staunch advocate for evidence-based approaches, Dr. Radke integrates lifestyle and pharmacological interventions to foster mental health resilience among her patients. She is particularly passionate about the shared decision-making model, which enhances patient empowerment and satisfaction by actively involving them in their treatment plans. Dr. Radke's academic contributions are equally notable. She has developed educational curriculums that significantly improve health outcomes and has shared her expertise through numerous media appearances and professional talks. Tamara McKlveen is a licensed mental health counselor and national certified counselor who has worked in the mental health field for the past seven years. Tamara is a compassionate mental health advocate who focuses on client-centered, strength-based techniques to support positive life changes. She has an eclectic style driven by client interest. She received her MA in Mental Health Counseling from South University in West Palm Beach, Florida. She has worked as a counselor, Social Service Coordinator and Social Service Manager for a Florida non-profit agency servicing adolescents and their families, helping to overcome barriers to communication, education and future success. Tamara has focused her work on clients struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, and mood disorder. She has also worked with teens struggling with eating disorders and issues specific to the LBGTQ population. She has a special interest in families coping with Autism and other special needs. ‍

Dr. Steven Mathew is a trained adult and child and adolescent psychiatrist. He recently completed his child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the University of Miami/Jackson Health System, where he served as chief fellow. He completed his general psychiatry residency at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dr. Mathew earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine’s Georgia campus, a satellite campus located in the Atlanta metro area. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and afterwards obtained a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management.

Dr. Mathew has had extensive clinical experiences caring for patients across the lifespan in specialty inpatient units, partial hospitalization programs, emergency psychiatry, outpatient clinics, consult liaison psychiatry, and telemedicine. He has clinical expertise in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, ADHD, and tic disorders.

Dr. Mathew's treatment approach combines evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, emphasizing empathy, collaboration, and goal-oriented care tailored to each patient and family.
