Tait Dalton, MD

Dr. Dalton is a board-certified psychiatrist who has specialized in treating adults with mental health issues for over 16 years. He received his medical degree in 2004 from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. He completed his residency in General Psychiatry in 2008 at Cooper University Hospital in New Jersey. He has extensive experience working with adults in a wide variety of psychiatric settings. His adventurous spirit led to his first job out of residency in New Zealand, where he worked as a psychiatric consult liaison in both the hospital and ER settings. He has also worked for several years as an Outpatient Psychiatrist within the VA Medical Healthcare System. He worked for Presbyterian Medical Services in New Mexico as an Outpatient Psychiatrist for 4 years where he was eventually promoted to Regional Director of Psychiatry. He also worked for several years as an inpatient staff psychiatrist for the New Mexico State Hospital in both urgent and long-term care settings. He has spent the last several years as a traveling Outpatient Psychiatrist. His travels have taken him all over the country including Alaska, Hawaii, Texas, Washington, Minnesota, Alabama and California. ‍Dr. Dalton believes in a comprehensive, compassionate, and collaborative approach to patient care. He specializes in psychiatric medication management, while also providing supportive therapy and psychoeducation. If warranted, he may ask that you bring a therapist into your care team to help facilitate an optimal therapeutic outcome. Claire Nguyen, MD

Dr. Nguyen is a board-certified psychiatrist in General Adult Psychiatry and board-eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado and earned her medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Dr. Nguyen completed her adult general psychiatry training at the HCA HealthOne Psychiatry Residency Program in Colorado and pursued specialized training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of New Mexico.

Barbara Lampert, MD

Dr. Barbara Lampert is a board certified psychiatrist, diplomat of The American Board of Addiction Medicine, and Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. She trained at the Downstate School of Medicine in Brooklyn, NY, completed her internship at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and her residency in Psychiatry at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA in Los Angeles. Over 30 years, she has worked in inpatient and outpatient settings, taught 3rd-year residents psychopharmacology in the Mood Disorder clinic she created, consulted in the prison system, and volunteered in the aftermath of natural disasters. She joined the New Mexico Medical Reserve Corps and was active in the Corps while working in her private practice. She continued to study the effects of trauma when she returned to California in 2008. She received specialized training in EMDR and Dialectic Behavior Therapy. In addition, she studied substance abuse problems and became a Diplomate of the American Board of Addiction Medicine. Empathy forms the core of Dr. Lampert's approach to treating patients. Working with trauma survivors, she believes that the goal is not to dwell on "the story” because patients often need time to reconstruct an accurate history. Rather, helping patients manage the challenge of living in the present moment is a worthy goal. Dr. Lampert has been named one of the Best Doctors in America for the treatment of mood disorders and one of the Best Doctors in California. Jessica Grimes, DO

Dr. Jessica Grimes is a board-eligible child and adolescent and adult psychiatrist. She is originally from Sylva, NC. She earned a bachelor's degree in religion and minored in biology at The University of the South in Sewanee, TN. She graduated cum laude and was inducted into the order of the gownsmen, an honor society. She earned her doctorate from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, WV. Dr. Grimes completed a traditional rotating internship through WVSOM at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Ashland, KY and completed residency training in psychiatry at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. While in residency, she earned a master's degree in medical education from LECOM. She completed a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, Greenville. During her second year of fellowship at USC-Greenville, she received the "Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellow of the Year� award.

Julie Rodriguez, MD

Dr. Julie Rodriguez is an ABPN boarded adult psychiatrist with over 15 years of clinical experience. Dr. Rodriguez's practice focuses on medication management, which is offered in conjunction with supportive therapy. Dr. Rodriguez obtained her medical degree from the Universidad Cat�lica Madre y Maestra Dominican Republic. She then completed her residency in adult psychiatry at the University of Florida, in Gainesville. After completing training, Dr. Rodriguez became a Clinical Assistant Professor for the University of Florida Department of Psychiatry. In this role she served students at UF Student Mental Health at the Counseling and Wellness Center. She also provided treatment to adults in inpatient services and other settings. While doctor Dr. Rodriguez treats a variety of age ranges and diagnoses, she is most passionate about college student mental health with a clinical expertise in the area of mood and anxiety disorders.

Rayal Gorrepati, MD

Dr. Rayal Gorrepati is double board certified in both adult and geriatric psychiatry. He has been practicing for over 12 years. Dr. Gorrepati's practice focuses on medication management. Typically, he offers this in conjunction with supportive psychotherapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. However, occasionally Dr. Gorrepati may believe that additional therapy is also needed and ask that you bring a therapist into your care team to provide the best possible outcome. He received his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. His general psychiatry residency was completed at Cooper University Hospital in New Jersey. He then completed a Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Hawaii. After completing training, he returned to his hometown of Chicago and began working at a Federally Qualified Health Center providing care to an underserved low-income population for nearly 12 years. While at the clinic, he treated a wide range of diagnoses, the most common ones being depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc. His primary clinical focus is treating adults with depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

Roshni Panchal, MD

Dr. Panchal is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who works with motivated adults to navigate and discover the root of their mental health struggles. Since working in private practice, Dr. Panchal knows that discovering the root of difficulties allows clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as a whole. She is trained in multiple therapeutic modalities as well as medication management, implementing individually tailored treatment. Her educational background includes training in psychodynamic psychotherapy with the Psychoanalytic Association of New York. She has completed her psychiatry training at Delaware Psychiatry Residency Program in New Castle, Delaware.

Bryce Thacker, PMHNP

Bryce Thacker grew up in a rural community. He learned to be part of a community where helping everyone achieve their “best ‘selves” meant improving/maintaining community health and helping the community thrive. With his passion for helping people live “their best lives”, he received his undergrad in biology from the University of Nebraska and Creighton University where he majored in nursing. He obtained a Master of Science majoring in nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) and Community health from Creighton University, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Colorado where he focused on population and community health. He then obtained a post doctorate/graduate certification in psychiatric mental health from Washburn University.

Bryce practiced for 18 years in family practice before specializing in psychiatric mental health. This helped him gain a holistic view of mental and physical health. Since focusing on psychiatric mental health in 2022, he has helped people live “their best lives” through medication management. Whether mood disorders, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, or other mental health conditions which may disrupt your desired QOL, he would like to be part of your journey to achieve your desired mental health goals. Bryce still lives in a rural community with his family and continues to enjoy being part of helping people live “their best ‘selves”.

Akif Khawaja, MD

Akif A. Khawaja M.D. is a Clinical General Psychiatrist. He has worked in this field since graduating and obtaining his residency from the University of Mississippi Medical Center Department of Neurology and Behavioral Sciences in 1996. He has worked mostly with adults ranging from 18 to 90 years of age. He has served as a director of Intensive Outpatient Programs in the state of Mississippi. He currently focuses on medical management of patients above 50 years of age and has served as a director of Geriatric Psychiatric Units.

He has a particular interest in treating mood, anxiety, and cognitive disorders, including ADHD. Patients working with him can expect thorough and detailed appointments, as he places special emphasis on gathering comprehensive medical and psychiatric histories, including specific dates of past treatments. During initial visits, he carefully reviews previous medical interventions, particularly procedures such as electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) and vagus nerve stimulation (VNS).

Taiane Ferrari, MD

Dr. Ferrari is a highly regarded psychiatrist with a strong background in both clinical practice and research. She attended NYU School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Tennessee. She is an expert in treatment-resistant depression, anxiety and adult ADHD. She is dedicated to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care with a holistic and compassionate approach. As a mother of three, including a son with autism, Dr. Ferrari is particularly passionate about the complexities of women's mental health. Jeena John, DO

Dr. John's practice focuses on medication management, offered in conjunction with emotionally focused therapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. Occasionally, Dr. John may believe that additional therapy is also needed and ask that you bring a therapist into your care team to provide the best outcome. Dr. John strongly believes in a compassionate, collaborative approach and will provide psychoeducation to help patients make informed decisions and achieve their treatment goals.

Nathan Roberson, LPC

Nathan Roberson is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina and a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina and Texas. Nathan has a Masters in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. He has worked in primarily in outpatient settings that focused on mental health and substance use.

Nathan enjoys helping adults identify what is holding them back from creating the life that they want and working together to overcome the feelings, limiting beliefs, traumas, etc, that stand in the way of that goal.  

When working with clients, the approach Nathan will use varies with what is needed to help address the issues at hand. During the sessions, Nathan will draw upon CBT, Solution-Focused, psychodynamic, and reality theory, among others. Nathan believes having the flexibility to use the best tool for the job helps because every client is different and will respond differently to a specific approach.
