Aurianna Santos, MD

Jeanine Foley is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over a decade of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Colorado Denver, an MSN from Vanderbilt University, and a BS from Boston University. Her career includes service as an active duty PMHNP in the U.S. Air Force and roles in the VA and private psychiatric hospitals. She also serves as Adjunct Clinical Faculty for a PMHNP graduate program.

Jeanine believes in patient-centered care built on trust, collaboration, and respect for each individual’s life story. She integrates medication management with therapeutic techniques and creates a safe, inclusive space that is trauma-informed and aligned with each patient’s values. Jeanine emphasizes genuine connection and strives to help clients explore root causes of distress—not just manage symptoms.

Jeanine begins with a comprehensive, collaborative assessment of each patient’s medical, psychiatric, and psychosocial history. She partners with patients to develop flexible, personalized treatment plans that support holistic mental health. Her approach combines psychopharmacologic and psychotherapeutic interventions, continuously adjusting plans based on feedback and progress.

Dr. Alexandre Cupler is a board-certified psychiatrist who began his career in community mental health in 2014, working as a counselor in psychiatric rehabilitation facilities. Since then, he has gained experience across inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, and residential treatment settings. Dr. Cupler earned his medical degree from Rush Medical College and completed his psychiatry residency at Chicago Medical School.

Dr. Cupler takes a patient-centered approach to care, making it a priority to ensure that each patient’s concerns are genuinely heard. He strives to create a culturally sensitive, non-judgmental, and safe environment where patients feel comfortable discussing difficult topics and working collaboratively toward their goals.

Initial sessions with Dr. Cupler focus on understanding the patient’s primary concerns, history, and treatment goals. He tailors care to each individual's preferred treatment style and ensures patients are informed about their treatment plan so they know what to expect and can take an active role in their care.

Dr. Kristofer Willers is a board certified adult psychiatrist. He earned his undergraduate degree and Masters in Teaching from Boston University, followed by his medical degree from the

University of Massachusetts Medical School. Dr. Joondeph-Breidbart completed his residency in general adult psychiatry at Cambridge Health Alliance, a Harvard teaching hospital.

Currently, Dr. Kristofer Willers serves as a staff psychiatrist at Harvard University Health Services, where he works with both undergraduate and graduate students. He has developed significant expertise in working with LGBTQ individuals through his involvement with the Gender and Sexuality Clinic at Cambridge Health Alliance and the  LGBTQ Interdisciplinary Team at Harvard University Health Services. While he has extensive expertise in treating college-aged young adults, his practice also includes a broad range of patients, with a particular specialization in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). He is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, a highly effective treatment for OCD.

Dr. Kristofer Willers takes a holistic approach to mental health care, integrating therapy into his sessions and collaborating with patients to develop individualized medication regimens that best meet their needs. His gentle and understanding approach helps create a supportive environment for his patients, fostering their mental and emotional well-being.

Consuelo Reddick, MD, completed her medical degree and adult psychiatry residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, followed by fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry at Harvard Medical School’s Cambridge Hospital. She is double board-certified in general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. Her career has included roles in inpatient and outpatient care, academic settings, consulting, and telepsychiatry across multiple states.

Dr. Reddick works collaboratively with patients, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and informed. She emphasizes psychoeducation to empower patients in their treatment journey and encourages open communication to build trust and partnership. She treats a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD, in both children and adults.

An initial assessment with Dr. Reddick includes a thorough review of personal and medical history, identification of concerns, and the development of treatment goals. She often integrates supportive therapy with medication management to provide individualized, effective care that promotes both symptom relief and long-term well-being.

Dr. George Han is an adult psychiatrist who earned his undergraduate degree in Materials Science and NanoEngineering from Rice University, his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, and completed his psychiatry residency training at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Now based in New York City, Dr. Han brings a broad geographic and cultural perspective, having previously lived in China, Canada, Illinois, California, Texas, and Mississippi.  

Drawing on these diverse experiences, Dr. Han is committed to providing culturally responsive and identity-affirming care, with a particular focus on immigrant communities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and high-performance professionals. He uses a collaborative, narrative-informed approach that centers each patient’s lived experience and values. His integrative method helps individuals recognize emotional and behavioral patterns shaped by cultural, relational, and systemic factors.  

In clinical practice, Dr. Han combines evidence-based medication management with appropriate psychotherapy techniques and elements of executive coaching. This comprehensive approach supports patients navigating high-pressure environments, helping them achieve greater clarity, resilience, and confidence across both personal and professional domains

Dr. Zeshen Wu is an ABPN board certified psychiatrist with more than 10 years of experience. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin, followed by medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch. He completed residency in psychiatry at Dell Medical School in Austin. Dr. Wu focuses on effective and safe medication management as well as supportive and psychodynamic therapy in his practice. He likes to focus on a gentle, collaborative, and patient-centered approach. He specializes in forming individualized pharmacological treatments as well as taking time to explore stressors and psychological issues to achieve complete and comprehensive care. Dr. Wu had previously served as assistant professor of psychiatry at UTHealth McGovern Medical School in Houston and has been involved in many years of teaching and mentorship. At UTHealth, he also served as clinical faculty in one of the nation's largest inpatient psychiatric campuses and is experienced in treating a wide range of adult mental illnesses including mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD.
