Agnes Tolentino, MD

Staff Psychiatrist

Dr. Agnes Tolentino is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with over 20 years of practice experience.  She obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of the Philippines and completed medical school at the University of the East.  She finished her psychiatry residency at the Harvard South Shore program as chief resident in her final year.  She has a strong background in psychotherapy as an adjunct to medication management.  She has extensive experience in treating PTSD, medically ill patients, elderly patients and those with terminal illnesses. She spent the last 15 years treating the geriatric population and those adjusting to co-morbid medical problems.

She is an empathic listener and collaborative clinician, focused on treating the whole person.  She emphasizes the need to use healthy coping mechanisms as well as lifestyle changes to complement medication management.  In keeping with the “whole person” focus, the role of physical well-being is important. A thorough medical history will be obtained on your initial appointment.

Gathering a thorough psychiatric and medical history is paramount in a successful therapeutic relationship.  And with time, a trusting therapeutic environment should be fostered.

PRADNYA SHINDE, LPC

Staff Therapist

Pradnya Shinde is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey, a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. With over seven years of clinical practice, she has supported clients across diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of mental health conditions. Her areas of focus include trauma, stressful life events, anxiety, depression, and challenges with communication and self-expression. Drawing from her experience in community mental health, non-profits, and private practice, Pradnya is committed to helping individuals feel understood and empowered.

Pradnya integrates cognitive behavioral and attachment-based approaches within a person-centered framework, tailoring her methods to each individual. She incorporates practical strategies and therapeutic tools that clients can apply right away in their daily lives. Above all, she strives to create a warm, supportive, and respectful space where patients feel safe to express themselves openly and explore their needs without judgment.

Pradnya begins by thoroughly learning each patient’s history, concerns, and goals during the first session. By the second, she develops a collaborative treatment plan that reflects the patient’s unique needs and aspirations. Throughout the therapeutic journey, she maintains an open and safe environment where patients feel heard and validated, supporting them as they navigate challenges and build healthier coping strategies.

Holly Corrigan, PMHNP

Staff Nurse Practitioner

MassachusettsHolly James Corrigan, RN, MSN, PMHNP, is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner committed to helping people navigate their mental health with skill and heart. She earned her BSN from Russell Sage College in 2009, her MSN from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute for Health Professions in 2016, and completed Psychiatry Redefined’s Fellowship in Functional and Integrated Psychiatry in 2025. Holly keeps current by attending top conferences, like the International Trauma Conference in Boston, ensuring she’s always at the forefront of her field.

Holly’s philosophy is simple yet powerful: care should fit the person, not just the diagnosis. She’s passionate about tackling complex issues—suicide prevention, C-PTSD, chronic depression, ASD, OCD—and advocating for underserved communities. For Holly, it’s about delivering real, meaningful support to those who need it most.

Her career began as a registered nurse in neurology, pediatrics, and emergency care, before she found her calling in psychiatry. Since then, she’s provided medication management and supportive psychotherapy in outpatient clinics and worked in inpatient units serving adults and adolescents.

Holly believes in patient-centered care based on the individual, rather than focusing only on a diagnostic algorithm. The first appointment will include a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and a discussion about what your goals of treatment are. Pharmacological and therapeutic recommendations are both important elements of the treatment plan. Follow up appointments will be more concise, but may include various therapeutic modalities, medication changes, and supportive psychotherapy.
