Glenn is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly 30 years of experience in health care, dedicated to addressing the mental health needs of his community. With a background in both inpatient and outpatient settings, he is committed to helping individuals become the best versions of themselves—no matter where they are in their journey at the time of their first appointment.

Outside of work, Glenn enjoys spending time with his family, biking, and being outdoors.

Shari Sengupta, MD

Dr. Shari Sengupta attended the University of OK as a National Merit Scholar and went on to graduate with her MD from Eastern Virginia Medical School. She specialized in Adult Psychiatry at the University of NC Hospitals where she was a chief resident. She received psychotherapy training in insight-oriented and cognitive-behavioral approaches and trained at the Psychoanalytic Institute of the Carolinas. She has 18 years of experience providing medication management and psychotherapy in both private practice and community mental health settings and over 10 years of experience in telepsychiatry providing care to underserved communities. Dr. Sengupta has experience treating a variety of mental health concerns but has a particular interest in depression, anxiety, and mental health in the perinatal period. Her practice focuses on medication management from a holistic perspective. She believes that mental health is the cornerstone of overall well-being and that treatment is a collaborative journey toward improved health and function in life, work, and relationships. She offers culturally sensitive treatment to people from all backgrounds and sexual orientations. Joanne Cedeno, LMHC

Joanne is a Latinx, first generation, biliterate licensed mental health counselor- LMHC-D. Joanne enjoys working with individuals from diverse populations facing grief/loss, relational difficulties as well as anxiety/depression stemming from life and identity transitions through a trauma-focused and culturally responsive lens.

Joanne's previous experience includes supporting clients across a variety of outpatient settings that includes private practice and community based mental health organizations. She has experience working with clients across the lifespan with concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to serious and persistent mental health issues via individual therapy, group counseling and family therapy. Joanne's therapeutic approach is highly empathetic, client-centered, and strengths-based, which aims to empower individuals to tap into their inherent potential. As a direct clinician, a client can expect a mix of humor and curiosity as they work collaboratively to explore their mental health needs, co-create resilience, and cultivate the best version of themselves.

Joanne combines a mix of evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as Internal Family Systems. Additionally, Joanne is also certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD. George Han, MD

Dr. George Han is an adult psychiatrist who earned his undergraduate degree in Materials Science and NanoEngineering from Rice University, his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and completed his psychiatry residency training at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He is certified by the International Society for Sports Psychiatry (ISSP), reflecting his expertise in mental health care for athletes. Now based in New York City, Dr. Han brings a broad geographic and cultural perspective, having previously lived in China, Canada, Illinois, California, Texas, and Mississippi.

Drawing on these diverse experiences, Dr. Han is committed to providing culturally responsive and identity-affirming care, with a particular focus on immigrant communities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and high-performance professionals.
