Dr. Jacob T. Kannarkat is an adult psychiatrist. Dr. Kannarkat's practice focuses on medication management. Dr. Stephen Geisler is a board-certified adult psychiatrist and has been practicing for over 37 years. His practice focuses on medication management, and typically offers this in conjunction with supportive therapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. Over the years Dr. Geisler has received a number of awards including NAMI Exemplary Psychiatrist Award, The APA Irma Bland Certificate of Excellence in Teaching Residents, the Zucker Hillside Hospital Department of Psychiatry Recognition Award for Education, and twice received the Outstanding Teacher of the Year Award from the graduating residents' class. Dr. Geisler is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, the Nassau Suffolk District Branch of the APA and the American Society of Clinical Psychopharmacology. Through the years, Dr. Geisler has participated in many clinical research projects, has been the co-author of many papers, and has made many presentations. Dr. Geisler specializes in psychopharmacology, especially tailoring individualized treatment to serve the needs of patients with a variety of conditions. He has a lot of experience in treating patients with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and OCD.

Dr. Zeshen Wu is an ABPN board certified psychiatrist with more than 10 years of experience. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin, followed by medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch. He completed residency in psychiatry at Dell Medical School in Austin. Dr. Wu focuses on effective and safe medication management as well as supportive and psychodynamic therapy in his practice. He likes to focus on a gentle, collaborative, and patient-centered approach. He specializes in forming individualized pharmacological treatments as well as taking time to explore stressors and psychological issues to achieve complete and comprehensive care. Dr. Wu had previously served as assistant professor of psychiatry at UTHealth McGovern Medical School in Houston and has been involved in many years of teaching and mentorship. At UTHealth, he also served as clinical faculty in one of the nation's largest inpatient psychiatric campuses and is experienced in treating a wide range of adult mental illnesses including mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD.

Dr. Tim Kelly is a board-certified psychiatrist who specializes in adult psychiatry. His practice focuses primarily on medication management but often incorporates aspects of supportive, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral therapies into his 30-minute follow-up visits. Dr. Kelly also strongly believes in working in conjunction with therapists to achieve the best possible outcomes for his patients. He feels it is important to create strong therapeutic relationships with his patients in order to help patients achieve their treatment goals. Dr. Kelly received his undergraduate degrees in Human Biology and Spanish from Michigan State University. He then completed his medical education and a master's degree in medical humanities and bioethics at Northwestern University. He completed his adult psychiatry residency at the University of Washington. He has authored papers in medical education and LGBTQ advocacy. Dr. Kelly now lives in Pennsylvania with his husband, Kevin, and three dogs: Taquito, Fergie and Mimi. While Dr. Kelly treats adults of all backgrounds, he has a particular interest in working with young adults, students, and LGBTQ individuals.‍

Serena Mirchandani is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with extensive experience treating serious mental illnesses such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia spectrum disorders. She also provides care for individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, autism spectrum disorder, and substance use disorders. Serena earned both a Master of Science in Nursing and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice in psychiatry from Columbia University. She completed a Nurse Practitioner Fellowship at Community Healthcare Network and worked at Bellevue Hospital for 2.5 years, providing care on an inpatient psychiatric unit for a diverse, underserved population.

Dr. Stacey DiMartino is a board-certified psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience. She received her undergraduate education at the University of Rochester and her medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, where she also completed her residency.

Her approach is individualized and focuses on collaborative care with shared decision-making. Dr. DiMartino specializes in the treatment of adults with a wide range of mental health concerns, including posttraumatic stress disorder, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and bipolar disorders. She has enjoyed working with veterans for over 19 years at the VA Healthcare System.

Her style of practice incorporates medication management and supportive psychotherapy with an emphasis on whole health wellness.
