Margaret Reyes, PMHNP

Margaret Mary Reyes, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering patient-centered and compassionate mental health care. A proud Florida native, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), and post-master’s certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Florida Atlantic University (FAU). Her academic research focused on improving outcomes for women living with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD).

Margaret has advanced practice experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. She has treated individuals with a wide range of mental health conditions, including psychotic disorders, bipolar spectrum disorders, depressive and anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, attention deficit disorders, personality disorders, substance use and co-occurring disorders, eating disorders, suicidality, homelessness, and severe mental illness (SMI) within the criminal justice system. Her clinical background also includes acute care experience in oncology, medical-surgical, telemetry/cardiac step-down, intensive care, nursing research, and consultation-liaison psychiatry.

She takes an integrative and comprehensive approach to mental health care, combining medication management with evidence-based complementary and alternative interventions. Her practice is grounded in the understanding of the mind-body-spirit connection and the gut-brain axis. Margaret incorporates supportive therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based cognitive techniques to support her patients’ overall well-being.

Michael Manasterski, MD

Dr. Michael Manasterski is a board certified general psychiatrist. Before joining Talkiatry, he had the honor of working for the Department of Veterans Affairs in both outpatient and residential settings, and gained experience in improving quality of life for veterans with a wide range of troublesome to downright disabling psychiatric conditions, including severe anxiety and mood disorders, psychosis, obsessive-compulsive disorder, developmental disorders including autism spectrum and attention-deficit disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder. These disorders have almost certainly been with us for all of recorded human history, but within the last few generations, our understanding of and ability to treat these conditions has grown by leaps and bounds.

Dr. Manasterski trained at the University of South Florida, earning his Bachelor of Science in Biology, and completing medical school and residency at the Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida. During his time in training and at the VA, his passion for teaching, both medical trainees and patients, found a productive outlet. He looks forward to bringing that experience forward to serve the broader population in these unprecedented times.

Dr. Manasterski’s practice is centered on evidence-based medication management, expertly tailored to each unique individual, informed by the best available research, using a multidisciplinary approach where appropriate to achieve the best possible outcome. He offers motivational interviewing and supportive psychotherapy, and can collaborate with a therapist on your care team when more specialized treatment is needed on your journey to wellness.

Kishan Peddanna, MD

Getting to know meDr. Kishan Peddanna is a board-certified general psychiatrist with experience treating patients across the lifespan. He attended The Ohio State University for his undergraduate studies and earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Peddanna completed his residency in General Psychiatry at The Ohio State University and a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Peddanna values continuity of care and collaboration, working with patients toward long-term improvements while building meaningful connections. His approach is grounded in shared decision-making, ensuring treatment plans align with each patient’s goals. He has extensive experience managing conditions such as ADHD, mood disorders, and anxiety.

Dr. Peddanna’s practice focuses on medication management complemented by supportive psychotherapy. He uses evidence-based assessments and interventions to guide individualized treatment planning, fostering a care experience that is both effective and patient-centered.

Dr. Masters offers an integration of medication management and various psychotherapy. He is certified in supportive psychotherapy, prolonged exposure therapy for PTSD, motivational interviewing, CBT for chronic pain, Integrated Behavioral Couples Therapy and Whole Health.  With the right combination of treatments, patients can achieve their potential and relieve suffering.

In an initial visit, patients can expect a thorough, collaborative discussion with shared decision making to understand their symptoms, life goals, and clinical needs. Dr. Masters will evaluate the patient's condition to determine appropriate medication interventions and discuss personalized treatment recommendations including integrated psychotherapy.  Typical follow-up visits are approximately 20-30 minutes in length. Depending on the severity and complexity of a patient's situation, referrals to additional counseling or therapy may also be suggested.

Monique Randle, LCSW

Monique Randle, LCSW, has been a licensed mental health therapist since 2009. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and holds a certification in sex therapy from the Sexual Health Alliance. Monique has training in trauma and couples therapy, including EMDR, TFCBT, PACT, Gottman, Prepare/Enrich, and SYMBIS. She has experience in outpatient and private practice settings, as well as supervising MSW interns and LCSW candidates.

Monique creates a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space for clients to be their whole selves. She values honesty, collaboration, and open communication, blending evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and narrative therapy with relational and mindfulness techniques. Her work is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, sex-positive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming. She helps clients build emotional awareness, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate self-compassion, addressing both the “why” behind patterns and practical tools for change.

Monique begins by exploring each client’s story, history, and goals. Together, they create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, regularly adjusting as needed. Sessions are collaborative, providing insight, practical tools, and emotional support to apply in real life. Progress is measured not only by symptom reduction but by increased self-awareness, emotional stability, and confidence in navigating challenges.

Shi Xun Fang, MD

Dr. Fang is a board-certified psychiatrist who completed his psychiatry residency at Duke University, where he received extensive training in Psychopharmacology, Psychotherapy (“Talk Therapy”), Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT). Throughout his life, Dr. Fang has lived in various places such as China, Canada, Upstate New York, Maine, and North Carolina, where he currently resides. This rich cultural experience allows him to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, which is crucial in the field of psychiatry where treatment is so highly personal. Dr. Fang has also practiced in multiple settings including a college mental health clinic, an adult ADHD clinic, a perinatal psychiatry clinic, a VA hospital, and a residential recovery program.

While Dr. Fang’s current practice is primarily focused on medication treatment, he utilizes his training as a therapist to ensure that patients feel understood and empowered to discuss any other issues they might be facing. With experience in many modalities of therapy including Psychodynamic, Supportive, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dr. Fang knows that one size does NOT always fit all. If more in-depth therapy is felt to be beneficial, Dr. Fang may refer clients to a separate therapist.

Kristen Clark, MD

Staff Psychiatrist

Dr. Kristen Clark earned her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College and completed her psychiatry residency at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson. She has extensive experience practicing primarily in outpatient settings, along with additional experience in inpatient, consultation, and emergency psychiatry. Dr. Clark is licensed in Indiana, New Jersey, and New York. She has also served in academic roles, teaching and mentoring trainees in both medical school and residency. She is board-certified in Psychiatry and in Addiction Medicine.

Dr. Clark prioritizes creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their experiences. She values building strong rapport and approaches care holistically, recognizing that each patient is unique and deserves an individualized treatment plan. She appreciates the ongoing nature of outpatient care and adapts her approach as patients’ goals and priorities evolve over time.

Dr. Clark takes a collaborative approach to treatment, working closely with patients to ensure their understanding of all available options. She empowers patients to make informed choices and partners with them to develop plans that best align with their needs, values, and goals for treatment.
