Dr. Win has extensive experience in working with veterans (23 years in VA health care system) in outpatient setting. He has plethora of experience in dealing with different levels of PTSD (combat-related and military sexual trauma), anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, mood disorders as well as behavioral issues related with memory impairment (e.g. Traumatic Brain Injury and  dementia).

He completed his psychiatry residency at Tufts Medical Center in Boston and a fellowship in forensic psychiatry at the University of Colorado. Board certified in Psychiatry and Neurology, Dr. Heneghan draws on experience with psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT, and ACT to provide well-rounded, evidence-based care.

He completed his medical education in India at Government Medical College, Kozhikode, followed by psychiatry training at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. After relocating to the United States, he pursued residency at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center and advanced fellowships at The Zucker Hillside Hospital and St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center. With over 17 years of psychiatry experience in the U.S., he has held leadership roles at NYC Health + Hospitals – Harlem and currently provides care at Northwell Health Phelps Hospital Addiction Treatment Services and the BeHealth Program. Fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Malayalam, Dr. Balan brings a global perspective to patient care.

Natisha Joseph is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Mercy University and certification as a Trauma Specialist. Her career began even before completing graduate school in 2014, with more than 10 years of experience providing services to youth in residential treatment. She has also served adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities as a Residential Coordinator for 8 years, supported patients in palliative care for 5 years, and has spent the last 4+ years as a dedicated Mental Health Counselor in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Natisha values open communication and collaboration, working with clients to set clear treatment goals. She creates a warm, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel supported and validated in their therapeutic journey. With a structured yet flexible approach, she helps patients navigate challenges such as trauma, emotional dysregulation, and self-care while fostering healing, growth, and problem-solving.
