Dr. Alexander Seger, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist with experience treating patients in inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth settings. He earned his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine and completed his psychiatry residency at Creighton University, where he served as chief resident during his final year. He provides evidence-based care using both psychopharmacologic and psychotherapeutic approaches.

Grant Deedy, MD earned an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and a medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He completed his psychiatry residency with Prisma Health and the University of South Carolina Greenville School of Medicine. His training included diverse patient populations, a wide range of mental health conditions, and evidence-based therapies including ACT, CBT, SFBT, psychodynamic, and supportive therapy.

Dr. William Sultan is an MD and final-year psychiatry resident at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, graduating in June 2026. He earned his MD from Florida Atlantic University’s Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Molecular & Cell Biology (Neurobiology) and Psychology from UC Berkeley. His training spans inpatient, outpatient, consultation-liaison, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and residential settings, including work with veterans and first responders managing PTSD and substance use. With a clinical research background and 14 peer-reviewed publications, he values evidence-based care. Outside of medicine, he enjoys cooking, traveling, and exploring new foods.

Dr. Sultan believes the best psychiatric care is built on partnership. He earned his M.D. from UT Southwestern Medical Center and completed psychiatry residency at Baylor College of Medicine, where he served as Chief Resident of the outpatient clinic. He also trained at The Menninger Clinic, a world-renowned inpatient treatment center. He has worked with individuals facing burnout, relationship conflict, attention and focus difficulties, anxiety, attachment issues, childhood trauma, and questions of meaning and purpose.  

Dr. Guajardo’s reassuring demeanor sets patients at ease, allowing them to open up at their own pace. Ann Farrow, ANCC PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her BSN with honors from Rutgers School of Nursing and her MSN in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. Throughout her career, she has provided care across emergency, inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization settings, treating children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of psychiatric conditions. Her special interests include treatment-resistant depression, adult-onset ADHD, and bipolar disorder.

Ann believes treatment is a collaborative effort between provider and patient. She strives to understand the gap between where patients are today and where they want to be, approaching each interaction with empathy, flexibility, and respect. She values coordination with therapists, neurologists, primary care providers, and other members of a patient’s care team. When appropriate and desired, she also involves family members and other supports to help strengthen treatment outcomes.

He has experience across outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and consult-liaison psychiatry settings and is on track to become board certified in September 2026.

Dr. Ho has experience providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning for diverse patient populations.
