Dr. Mayra Valdivia Carlisle is a bilingual Spanish and English-speaking board-certified Adult Psychiatrist and Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist. She earned her master's degree in public health and her medical degree from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences. She went on to complete her residency training in Adult Psychiatry at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and subsequently completed her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She was awarded the Excellence in Public Health Award by the U.S. Public Health Service and Surgeon General for her work addressing health disparities in healthcare. Dr. Carlisle has extensive experience in outpatient and community mental health settings.

She went to medical school in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and completed her psychiatry residency at Bronx Care Health system. She then completed additional training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at NY Medical College Psychoanalytic Institute. After completing residency, she worked as an attending psychiatrist in New York and later transitioned to dedicated outpatient work. Dr. Cattan brings exceptional care to her patients. Joseph Smith, LMHC, earned his Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Kentucky University in 2015 and has worked with patients in a clinical capacity for the past six years. While in graduate school, he was exposed to various clinical and research experiences, where he found his passion in examining the motivational factors of human behavior. Joseph's academic work strengthened his interest to work with individuals in a therapeutic capacity, which ultimately led to advanced experiential training in crisis interventions and the treatment of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Before relocating to New York City, he worked with individuals in under-served communities in the Appalachian region. Joseph subscribes to a humanistic, motivational enhancement, and cognitive behavioral framework. Understanding the benefit of therapeutic rapport, Joseph fosters an environment of self-acceptance and self-awareness while promoting intrinsic motivation for patients to act as their own catalyst of change. Greg Morgan, MD

Dr. Greg Morgan is a board-certified psychiatrist. He completed his undergraduate training at the University of Toronto, followed by medical school at the Jacobs School of Medicine at the University at Buffalo. He completed his psychiatric residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at The Mount Sinai Hospital, where he acted as Chief Resident. Dr. Morgan has a keen interest in treating patients with a wide range of disorders: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, personality disorders, trauma-related illnesses, ADHD, and obsessive compulsive disorders. Dr. Morgan also has expertise in providing psychodynamic psychotherapy, an attitude he brings to all of his patient visits. He completed the Intensive Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy program at the William Alanson White Institute in New York City. He aims to use this knowledge to better understand the subjective experience of his patients in order to provide them with the most caring and effective treatment possible.

Lisa is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of PA, NJ, and CT. She has worked in the mental health field for 18 years in a variety of settings including homes, communities, schools, and offices. During that time, she has worked as a case manager, family therapist, and outpatient therapist. Lisa's clients have included people from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds. She particularly enjoys working with families, adolescents and young adults, and with the neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ populations.

Lisa's primary treatment philosophy is that people are doing the best they can with what they know. With supportive listening, care, and education, people can grow and reach their goals. Heidi is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 15 years of professional experience teens, adults, and seniors with concerns and challenges related to divorce, family conflict, parenting challenges, dysfunctional relationships, low self-esteem, sexuality, and addiction. Heidi earned her Master's degree in Human Services, Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy from Capella University.

Dr. Lindsay Legnon is board-certified in Psychiatry and has 15 years of experience in outpatient clinical psychiatry. Her focus is primarily on medication management, but she does incorporate brief cognitive behavioral therapy and supportive therapy when appropriate. If more extensive psychotherapy is felt to be beneficial, she will recommend a therapist and collaborate with them for optimal care. She completed her medical degree at Louisiana State University in Shreveport and her residency at Tulane University in New Orleans, where she served as Chief Resident. After completing her residency, she worked primarily in outpatient clinics treating a wide range of mental health disorders. She has extensive experience treating major depressive disorder, a variety of anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, and bipolar disorder, among others. Medication is felt to be an important tool for many in achieving wellness, and she encourages a holistic approach to improve outcomes. Her hope is to provide relief and help people achieve their goals in their journey back to wellness.
