Dr. Win has extensive experience in working with veterans (23 years in VA health care system) in outpatient setting. He has plethora of experience in dealing with different levels of PTSD (combat-related and military sexual trauma), anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, mood disorders as well as behavioral issues related with memory impairment (e.g. Traumatic Brain Injury and  dementia).

She earned her medical degree from New York Medical College, completed Adult Psychiatry Residency at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell, and completed Child and Adolescent Fellowship training at NYU Langone and Bellevue Hospital. Her clinical interests include mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, and childhood psychiatric disorders.

Yahmemato earned her master’s degree from Thomas Jefferson University, which provides a strong foundation in trauma-focused counseling.

Through empathy and active listening, she ensures all patients feel respected throughout their therapeutic journey. She emphasizes collaborative goal-setting to identify and achieve tangible, meaningful outcomes that align with each individual’s needs.

In addition to clinical work, she enjoys teaching and is passionate about training the next generation of compassionate psychiatric nurse practitioners.

Dr. Ye Kyung Song is a board-certified psychiatrist with both an M.D. and a Ph.D. in medical humanities and ethics from the University of Texas Medical Branch. She completed her residency at Duke University and has experience practicing in both outpatient and inpatient settings. In addition to her clinical training, Dr. Song has pursued advanced training in several therapeutic modalities, including the Collaborative Approach to Management of Suicidality (CAMS) and Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RO-DBT).
