She earned her BSN with honors from Rutgers School of Nursing and her MSN in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. Throughout her career, she has provided care across emergency, inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization settings, treating children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of psychiatric conditions. Her special interests include treatment-resistant depression, adult-onset ADHD, and bipolar disorder.

Ann believes treatment is a collaborative effort between provider and patient. She strives to understand the gap between where patients are today and where they want to be, approaching each interaction with empathy, flexibility, and respect.
