Grant Deedy, MD

Dr. Leonard Marcus is a board-certified psychiatrist with more than 34 years of experience caring for patients in inpatient and outpatient settings, emergency departments, and consultation services. Dr. William Sultan is an MD and final-year psychiatry resident at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, graduating in June 2026. He earned his MD from Florida Atlantic University’s Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Molecular & Cell Biology (Neurobiology) and Psychology from UC Berkeley. His training spans inpatient, outpatient, consultation-liaison, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and residential settings, including work with veterans and first responders managing PTSD and substance use. With a clinical research background and 14 peer-reviewed publications, he values evidence-based care. Outside of medicine, he enjoys cooking, traveling, and exploring new foods.

Ann Farrow, ANCC PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her BSN with honors from Rutgers School of Nursing and her MSN in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. Throughout her career, she has provided care across emergency, inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization settings, treating children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of psychiatric conditions. Her special interests include treatment-resistant depression, adult-onset ADHD, and bipolar disorder.

Ann believes treatment is a collaborative effort between provider and patient.
