Dr. Win has extensive experience in working with veterans (23 years in VA health care system) in outpatient setting. He has plethora of experience in dealing with different levels of PTSD (combat-related and military sexual trauma), anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, mood disorders as well as behavioral issues related with memory impairment (e.g. Traumatic Brain Injury and  dementia).

Jennifer Young-Cott is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who brings compassion, warmth, and a strong commitment to patient well-being into her work. Dr. Justine Sever Chilelli, DO, earned her medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her psychiatry residency and child and adolescent fellowship at the University of South Florida. She is board certified in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Her experience includes treating children, adolescents, and adults across outpatient, inpatient, consultation-liaison, school-based, and residential settings.

Dr. Chilelli values a collaborative, team-based approach where she and her patients work together to build a treatment plan. She emphasizes open and honest communication, aiming to improve quality of life and reduce the impact of mental health symptoms.

In the initial appointment, Dr. Chilelli focuses on understanding each patient’s history, concerns, and goals. She then develops individualized treatment plans that align with those goals, ensuring care that is thoughtful, supportive, and tailored to each patient’s needs.

Dr. Jonathan Bui is an MD who earned his medical degree from the University of Maryland, School of Medicine, and completed his residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. He served as a military psychiatrist for eight years, including deployment to Iraq, and was honorably discharged as a Major. He has experience in both outpatient and inpatient care, with a strong focus on compassionate, patient-centered treatment.

Dr. Bui creates a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel heard and understood. He collaborates with patients to set achievable treatment goals and draws on extensive experience in treating a variety of mental illnesses, including post-traumatic stress disorder, to ensure the best outcomes.

Dr. Bui begins by thoroughly reviewing a patient’s history to understand their background and concerns, helping to establish meaningful treatment goals. At follow-up appointments, he reviews progress, addresses any new issues, and adjusts care plans collaboratively to support long-term mental health and well-being.
