Dr. Shelley Sellinger is a board-certified psychiatrist who has been in practice for 25 years. Her career has been devoted to serving both her local community as well as high-risk and underserved patients. As a pioneer and advocate for the use of telepsychiatry years prior to the pandemic, she has presented at the American Telehealth conference as well as at grand rounds. Dr. Sellinger's practice focuses on medication management as well as supportive and insight-oriented psychotherapy. She believes that a combination of therapy, as well as the use of medications, helps provide a patient with the best outcome. Her goal is to help patients live their best and most fulfilling lives. In addition to general psychiatry, she has a keen interest in mood disorders, helping creatives achieve their goals and the LGBTQ community.‍

With over 20 years of experience in mental health, she has worked as a case manager, psychotherapist, and program/clinical director.

Marjorie Lavin, MD

For the past 20 years, Dr. Lavin has worked at the University of Denver Health and Counseling Center, where she has treated undergraduate and graduate students. She also worked at a training clinic for students pursuing their PsyD degree. She has supervised and taught psychiatry residents. She taught a psychopharmacology and differential diagnosis course to psychology trainees. Dr. Lavin has a strong interest in functional medicine and alternative therapies. Dr. Lavin has been in practice for 35 years. She is board certified in adult psychiatry. Dr. Lavin focuses on a comprehensive medical assessment, medication management, psychoeducation, wellness, and alternative therapies. She enjoys treating young adults. Dr. Lavin did her undergraduate work at the University of Rochester. She earned her MD from Cornell University Medical College in New York City. Her psychiatry residency was at the University of Boston Medical Center. After training, Dr. Lavin held administrative and clinical positions at Kaiser Permanente in Denver, CO and at the Harvard Community Health Plan in Braintree, Massachusetts. Jessica Matthews, MD

Dr. Jessica Matthews is a board-certified general psychiatrist. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and completed her psychiatry residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, HI. After her training, she was stationed at Fort Hood, TX, where she worked as a staff physician in the inpatient unit at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center and later became the inpatient medical director. She subsequently transitioned to outpatient care, serving as a staff physician and later as clinic chief in the outpatient embedded behavioral health clinics. She continued working as a staff physician after leaving the military.

Heath Foreman, DO

Staff Psychiatrist

Dr. Heath Foreman is double board-certified in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He is a Texas native and received his Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from UTSouthwestern Medical Center in Dallas. His medical degree was earned at the University of North Texas Health Science Center - Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth. He completed residency and fellowship training at Baylor Scott & White - Texas A&M in Temple and has been practicing since 2015. He served as Medical Director for a community mental health system for 10 years and has experience working with patients who have ADHD, Autism, Intellectual Developmental, Anxiety, Mood and Traumatic Stress Disorders and Psychosis.

Dr. Foreman uses a professional yet conversational style so that patients may feel at ease while developing a comprehensive understanding of the issues at hand. He prefers an educational approach so that patients can gain the knowledge and tools required to achieve improvement.

Dr. Foreman will perform a broad evaluation and work with his patients to create an evidence-based, personalized treatment plan. Subsequent meetings will incorporate medication management as well as psychotherapeutics based on Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma Based and Psychodynamic techniques. He will provide referrals for traditional counseling or testing when appropriate.

Ruosi Liu, MD

Staff Psychiatrist

Dr. Liu is board certified in Adult Psychiatry. She primarily focuses on medication management but integrates therapeutic support into her sessions. For more in-depth therapy needs, Dr. Liu encourages patients to have their own individual therapist. She received her undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. She then moved to Morgantown, West Virginia to complete her psychiatry residency. Dr. Liu has experience working with patients from different backgrounds in inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization settings. She particularly enjoys working with young adults and in areas related to women's health, such as perinatal mental health. She welcomes people from all cultures and is LGBTQ+ friendly.

Jisoo Park, DO

Dr. Jisoo Park is a board-certified psychiatrist. She obtained her bachelor's degree from Tufts University, where she double majored in Biopsychology and Art History. She attended medical school at Nova Southeastern University, and completed her psychiatry residency at Stony Brook University Medical Center. After graduating with her residency, she was appointed clinical assistant professor at Renaissance School of Medicine, where she worked at the Treatment Resistant Depression Clinic. She was involved in teaching medical students and residents, and was part of various research studies and publications. Dr. Park treats a variety of psychiatric disorders in adults, including depression, anxiety, and PTSD. She does not treat patients with ADHD. She emphasizes a patient-centered approach and believes that best treatment outcomes result from a strong therapeutic relationship between a patient and a psychiatrist. She offers medication management and therapy through telehealth sessions. She offers sessions in both English and Korean.
