Can I still take medication if I'm pregnant?

Pregnancy is an especially important (and challenging!) time to take care of your mental health. The good news is that certain medications are safe to take throughout your pregnancy and after you deliver. Not all medications are safe to take during pregnancy so be sure to tell your doctor if you are pregnant or thinking of becoming pregnant. They will be able to provide guidance around which medications are best for you.
