How do I reschedule an appointment?

You can reschedule your appointment a few ways.

Via webchat (available weekdays, 9AM to 5PM ET):

1. Head to the Help Center on our website.
2. Click on the purple talk icon on the bottom right-hand corner.  
3. You will be connected with a Care Coordinator who can schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment for you  

Via phone (available Monday – Saturday, 8AM to 8PM ET):
1. Call us at 833-351-8255
2. Press 1 for new patients or Press 2 for existing patients.
3. We'll connect you with someone who can help.
