Joining from a browser?

If you’re using a computer or joining through a browser on your phone, we recommend using GoogleChrome.

You can download Chrome here.

If you’re already using Chrome, try clearing your cache. You can do this by clicking the three dots in the top right of your browser, selecting "More tools,” then"Clear browsing data.” Select the time range, ensure the “Cached images and files" box is checked, and click "Clear Data."
