My insurance changed, can I still receive care?

If your insurance has changed, it’s still possible for you to receive care from us. The first step is to update your insurance information. Email pictures of the front and back of your new card to and we will let you know if your new insurance is in our network.

If we determine your plan is in-network we will verify the info, send you a confirmation, and resubmit any relevant claims to your new insurer.

If we determine your new plan is not part of our network, it may still be possible for you to receive care. One of our specialists will walk you through your options.
