Increasing access to high quality psychiatric care is why Talkiatry exists.  We knew that to accomplish our mission we needed to begin by building the ideal practice for psychiatrists. Founded in April 2020, Talkiatry has been built from the ground up by psychiatrists. We have rapidly grown to a team of over 400 clinicians mostly comprised of board-certified Psychiatrists hailing from the top training programs across the country.

As Chief Psychiatrist, you will provide clinical leadership and support hiring, clinician engagement, mentorship, and supervise care delivery of a team of Psychiatrists. This dynamic role combines administrative and leadership duties with clinical care. The Chief Psychiatrist carries a reduced panel of patients to provide administrative time for leadership – a maximim 10% of your time may be dedicated to patient care.

The Chief Psychiatrist is responsible for preserving the practice flexibility our psychiatrists value while supporting organizational norms, practice standards, and efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience coaching psychiatrists to deliver high-quality care, championing the organization’s goals and strategies, developing policies, and possesses a strong ability to track, analyze, and manage performance metrics to drive success.  You are intellectually curious and driven to improve systems for the benefit of patients.  

We are seeking a Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about our vision of expanding access to quality psychiatric and mental healthcare. We are seeking a Credentialing Lead – Delegated Payor Audits to strengthen our delegated credentialing program and ensure we remain in full compliance with accreditation standards and payor-specific contractual requirements. This role plays a key part in supporting quarterly payor audits, reinforcing quality across the credentialing lifecycle, and maintaining the documentation that demonstrates our adherence to delegation agreements — including internal policies, procedures, and credentialing file evidence.

You’ll work closely with the Credentialing Manager and collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, ClinOps, Clinical Leadership, Payer Relations, and HR to prepare, track, and submit audit-ready materials. While this is not a people management role, it serves as a subject matter expert on delegated credentialing and provides backup QA support to the Credentialing Operations Lead when needed.

We are seeking a Director of Operations, Clinicial Quality and Safety to lead our efforts in advancing clinical excellence, risk management, and patient safety. We’ll look to this critical position to upgrade our clinical quality performance reporting, launch clinical quality scorecards using data visualization best practices, and spin up tools and ad hoc analyses to identify further opportunities. You’ll know you’re successful when our Clinical Quality leadership consistently seeks your advice on project implementation and our Product leaders leverage your expertise to prioritize their roadmap.  

 

In this role, you will drive key initiatives, including the establishment of robust quality and safety analytics, protocol adherence, and clinical policy development. You will also play a critical role in implementing and refining risk management strategies, including WeCare, and will act as an executive representative of Talkiatry’s commitment to high-quality, patient-centric care. You will report up to the VP of Clinical Operations.

Talkiatry is seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Lifecycle Marketing to lead our patient lifecycle marketing strategy and execution. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the patient experience, driving new patient acquisition, and fostering education around mental health care. Reporting directly to the VP, Growth Marketing, you will oversee a team of lifecycle marketers while collaborating cross-functionally to help us increase access to high-quality mental health care. We are seeking a General Manager (GM) / Director of Operations to oversee and optimize the day-to-day clinical operations of our telehealth psychotherapy services. This role requires a strategic leader with strong organizational and communication skills who can manage and scale a large team of therapists across various states while ensuring high-quality care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency.

A highly cross-functional and collaborative role, you will be working with providers as your main internal clients but will partner with Product and Tech, Clinical Support, and other centralized operational functions. Reporting into the Director of Paid Growth Marketing, you’ll collaborate with the Growth, Creative, and Data teams to develop and execute strategies to optimize and scale our paid social strategy to maximize ROI and contribute to Talkiatry’s overall growth.

Talkiatry is actively seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People team, to provide strategic HR support to our growing Therapy organization while partnering with the Clinical HRBP team to support the clinical organization’s strategic goals. As HRBP to the Therapy organization, this role will be responsible for partnering with Therapy leadership and Clinical Operations to manage employee relations and support organizational development. Additionally, this role will be responsible for operational HR tasks and special projects as needed in support of the broader Clinical organization and Clinical HRBP team. The HR Managerwill collaborate closely with the Clinical HRBP team, as well as clinical leadership, Learning & Development, and other partner organizations, to ensure HR practices are aligned with the organization's objectives and support an engaging employee experience for clinicians.

As a Licensing Specialist, you are responsible for facilitating all aspects of required medial licensure (State License, Controlled Substance and DEA certificates) for clinical personnel. Your primary responsibility is to drive the licensing process in a proactive, organized and streamlined manner. Our innovative software platform will assist you with tracking and managing your workload through software solutions.

 

In support of our mission to improve access to high quality psychiatric care and behavioral health, our Licensing Specialists will collaborate with our credentialing, onboarding, and clinical teams for the benefit of our patients and insurance partners.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager with a strong focus on lifecycle marketing to join the team at Talkiatry. In this role, you will lead the operational strategy behind our marketing programs—ensuring the right message reaches the right patient at the right time, across every stage of their journey.

You’ll manage and optimize the marketing tech stack that powers our lifecycle initiatives, including automation platforms, CRM integrations, and data tracking systems. You’ll be responsible for maintaining clean, reliable data flows, optimizing the enablement process, and partnering closely with Lifecycle Marketing to support segmentation, personalization, and multi-channel campaigns.

In addition, you'll play a key role in running A/B tests and performance experiments that improve conversion, engagement, and retention—helping to refine the end-to-end patient experience. This role will collaborate cross-functionally across the business to ensure our marketing initiatives are efficient, scalable, and aligned with broader business goals.

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll be instrumental in turning data into action, optimizing every lifecycle touchpoint, and helping more patients access the care they need.
