Jodie Warsing, PMHCNS, became a psychiatric nurse specialist because she is passionate about helping people grow, overcome challenges, and live healthier, more fulfilling lives. She believes mental health is essential to overall well-being and finds it rewarding to support individuals as they build confidence, develop new skills, and create meaningful change. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering, traveling, supporting animal welfare organizations, and spending time with family and friends.

Jodie creates a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where patients can be themselves. She works best with individuals who are motivated to make positive changes and reminds every patient that they are not alone—seeking help is a sign of strength, and meaningful progress is possible.

Jodie uses the first session to get to know each patient, learning about their experiences, strengths, concerns, and goals. Together, they develop a personalized treatment plan that supports the changes the patient wants to make. She values a collaborative approach and strives to meet each person where they are while helping them build on their strengths.

Wanda Cegers, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing evidence-based psychiatric care for adults. She has experience working in behavioral health and community health settings and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University, followed by post-master’s psychiatric training at Regis College. Wanda specializes in ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, insomnia, OCD, PTSD, life transitions, women’s health, perinatal, and inclusive LGBTQ+ affirming care.

Wanda provides thoughtful, personalized psychiatric care and medication management in a calm, collaborative environment. She takes time to understand how symptoms affect daily life and works closely with patients to create realistic, supportive treatment plans aligned with their goals. Her approach is compassionate, respectful, and never rushed.

Wanda begins with a thorough assessment focused on history, concerns, and goal setting. Treatment may include medication management and practical strategies to improve focus, mood, sleep, and overall functioning while considering lifestyle and stress patterns that impact mental health. She provides secure telehealth care for patients in Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Washington, and Wisconsin, helping individuals find clarity, stability, and a manageable path forward.

James Niforatos, PMHNP, has over a decade of experience managing complex medication regimens across inpatient units, outpatient care, medical floor consultations, community mental health clinics, and residential treatment settings. He completed graduate studies at the University of Illinois at Chicago with clinical rotations at Northwestern University Hospital and the University of Illinois Hospital System. He holds certifications as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Clinician (CBT-C), ADHD-CCSP, and Functional Medicine for ADHD Provider.

James uses a shared decision-making approach to establish goals and treatment plans. He emphasizes individualized, patient-centered care and values collaboration with therapists and other healthcare providers to support comprehensive treatment.

James begins by thoroughly understanding each patient’s history, concerns, and goals during the initial session. He then develops individualized treatment plans aligned with those goals, focusing on improving understanding and management of mental health conditions to support personal, academic, and professional well-being. His approach is holistic, incorporating medication management alongside attention to nutrition, activity, relationships, and reduction of risky substance use.

Cecilia Wild is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a strong background in treating patients across the mental health spectrum. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Illinois State University and began her career in a women’s residential facility specializing in mood disorders, eating disorders, and PTSD. She then transitioned to inpatient adolescent psychiatry, where she became a charge nurse and obtained her Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Certification (PMH-BC) from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Inspired by her passion for mental health, she pursued her master's degree at the University of St. Francis to become a PMHNP.  

Cecilia has extensive experience treating patients at all levels of care, including inpatient, PHP/IOP, and outpatient settings. She later transitioned to telehealth, providing medication management to college students. She is passionate about mental health advocacy, particularly within the LGBTQ+ community.  

Cecilia takes a team-based, individualized approach to care. She believes in the importance of education, open communication, and empowering patients in their treatment journey. She emphasizes a holistic perspective, incorporating medication management, therapy, and lifestyle modifications.  

Cecilia prioritizes a trauma-informed approach, recognizing the significant role trauma plays in mental health. She integrates mindfulness techniques, motivational interviewing, and lifestyle changes to support overall well-being. By fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, she helps patients build resilience and achieve their mental health goals.

Wayne R. McIntosh, PMHNP-BC, is a dedicated mental health professional with over a decade of experience in psychiatric care. He earned his advanced nursing degree with distinction from Arizona State University and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Harry S. Truman College. He has been a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) since 2015.

Wayne specializes in family-centered care, working with individuals aged 18 to 65. Whether supporting patients through anxiety, depression, ADHD, or life transitions, he develops personalized diagnostic and treatment plans that may include therapy, coping strategies, and, when appropriate, medication. His approach emphasizes clear communication and collaboration, empowering patients to understand their challenges, apply practical tools, and achieve lasting change.

Throughout his career, Wayne has served as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Associate Director of Medical Services, leading multidisciplinary teams and promoting accessible, high-quality care. As a Faculty Associate at Arizona State University, he has mentored future nurse leaders, focusing on clinical excellence and patient advocacy. His military background and volunteer work further reflect his commitment to serving diverse populations with compassion and respect.
