Biography

I am a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing holistic, whole-person care for adolescents and adults. I believe mental and physical health are deeply connected, and I value a therapeutic relationship built on mutual trust, respect, unconditional positive regard, and cultural humility. Outside the clinic, I am a proud mother of two and believe food can be both medicine and joy.

I see our work as an egalitarian partnership. I will not simply hand you a prescription, nor leave you in an unstructured conversation. I combine clinical precision in medication management with a warm, reflective space for healing. I am direct and transparent, while empowering you to make informed, shared decisions about your care.

We begin with a warm, grounding welcome and first look at how you are doing overall. Then we use a collaborative, structured approach to track progress, reviewing medications and coping strategies along with sleep, energy, and mood. Depending on your needs, treatment may integrate psychopharmacology, CBT, supportive psychotherapy, and lifestyle and integrative medicine, including nutrition, sleep, stress management, and mindfulness.
