She has a warm demeanor and seeks to create a safe, comfortable, and judgement-free zone, personalized for each client's unique needs. She seeks to educate her clients on the ties between feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, as well as how our environment and our past can have an influence on our day-to-day lives.
