Jason is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master of Science degree in school counseling, a registered Yoga Instructor, Certified in Neuroscience and Yoga in the Treatment of Complex, Developmental, or Repeated Trauma. Jason has over 15 years' experience providing mental health; case management, social work, yogic practice and philosophy, meditation, mindfulness, holistic wellness and wellbeing. Jason is deeply committed to helping individuals navigate the complexities of life, build emotional resilience, and find pathways to healing. Jason’s work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and person-centered therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual.
