Dr. Goel holds the position of Staff Psychiatrist at Talkiatry. She has completed adult psychiatry training and is board certified. She has been actively involved in mental health care in various capacities over the past 7 years.

Dr. Goel's practice focuses on psychopharmacological interventions. Typically, she combines this with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Dr. Goel also strongly believes that the best outcomes are achieved, when you treat a person and not just illness.

She received her medical degree from one of the largest publicly funded medical schools in India, L.L.R.M. Medical College, Meerut, India, before moving to the US. She gained experience in mental and behavioral health in various roles at some of the most prestigious institutions in the US, namely Northwestern University, Emory University, and North Shore-LIJ. She completed her residency at Nassau University Medical Center, East Meadow, NY. Dr. Goel has been a co-author of several research papers. Her team's research work has also been presented at national and international meetings as well.

While Dr. Goel enjoys working with adults with various psychiatric disorders, her primary focus is on treating adults with various anxiety and depressive disorders. Dr. Goel also has a special interest in co-occuring sleep disorders with these conditions.

Theresa Colberg, MD

Dr. Theresa Colberg is a board certified adult psychiatrist. She offers guidance with navigating difficult and painful emotions that may result from stressful life situations, such as the loss of or separation from a loved one, work related stressors, burn out, adult and childhood trauma, OCD and mood disorders including major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, and various anxiety disorders. Within a safe, and supportive working relationship, Dr. Colberg will strive to reach an understanding of your unique situation, identify the issues that are interfering with progress, and develop a plan to better identify and achieve your goals.

Previous to joining Talkiatry, Dr. Colberg served as a clinical psychiatrist for the VA Healthcare System, providing care for veterans with a predominant focus on treatment of post traumatic stress disorder. She has also worked collaboratively as an integrated psychiatrist for a primary care FQHC, treating primarily trauma and stressor related disorders within a primary care setting.

Dr. Colberg completed her Psychiatry Residency from Mount Sinai-Beth Israel in New York City and obtained her medical degree from Temple Medical School in Philadelphia. She offers 60-minute initial appointments and 30-minute follow-up appointments, and she won't hesitate to collaborate with other mental health experts as necessary to better support your needs.

Karelis Sierra-Cintron, MD

Dr. Sierra-Cintron is board-certified in adult psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and has been in practice for 12 years. Dr. Sierra-Cintron focuses her practice on medication management. She also engages in supportive therapy in a comprehensive way, focusing on the patient as a whole and not just the symptoms. Dr. Sierra-Cintron has a broad understanding of vitamin support as an adjunctive treatment to traditional medication. She has broadened her understanding of second-line treatment, having been certified in Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), conducting clinics in Clozapine and Long-Acting Antipsychotics (LOA), and even conducting assessments for patients interested in weight loss surgery. Dr. Sierra-Cintron has a comprehensive approach to treatment, and might consider the addition of therapy, either by referral or collaborating with an existing therapist for a more rounded approach and improved outcome. Dr. Sierra-Cintron received her medical degree from the Universidad Central del Caribe located in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. Upon graduation, she relocated to Philadelphia, where she started her residency program at Einstein Medical Center. After completing her training, she worked for 8 years in a community mental health clinic, treating an underserved population in all modalities of psychiatric care. In her 12-year career, Dr. Sierra-Cintron has treated both adult males and females, including seniors. This has led to varied and wide-ranging diagnoses during the length of her career. After leaving the community clinic setting, she started working for an outpatient clinic in a suburb of Philadelphia. Jacob Webbert, DO

Staff Psychiatrist

Dr. Jacob Webbert is double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry. He earned his medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA, and completed his psychiatry residency at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY. He then pursued fellowship training in Addiction Psychiatry at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. Dr. Webbert has extensive experience across telehealth, outpatient psychiatry, and substance use disorder treatment programs, providing comprehensive care tailored to a wide range of patient needs.

Dr. Webbert takes a supportive, non-judgmental approach to care, prioritizing open communication and trust in the treatment process. He works with patients to set realistic, meaningful goals that align with their values and promote lasting improvement in mental health. His patients can expect a collaborative partnership where they feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their care.

Dr. Webbert begins by listening carefully to each patient’s unique story, concerns, and goals. From there, he develops a personalized treatment plan that may include therapy, medication management, or a combination of both. Karel Routhier, MD

Staff Psychiatrist

Dr. Routhier was born in Quebec, Canada. She attended medical school at Ross University School of Medicine and graduated in three years with high honors. She trained as a psychiatry resident at Case Western Reserve School of Medicine in Cleveland, OH where she served as a junior attending and the medical student coordinator. She then was recruited by Monterey County Behavioral Health, CA as a clinical psychiatrist where she provided medication management and psychotherapy services to over 400 patients over the course of five years. She also created and led two dialectical behavior therapy groups for teens and young adults while training therapists and social workers to become group facilitators.

Dr. Routhier firmly believes in the mind-body connection. She feels that when the mind suffers, the body hurts as well and vice versa. As a result, she has developed a holistic approach to psychiatry and is comfortable offering a wide array of treatment modalities such as breathwork, dialectical behavior therapy, guided meditation, supportive psychotherapy, behavioral activation and medication management. She maintains that autonomy and a thorough understanding of one’s diagnosis and prognosis are critical for progress and healing. Her broad range of worldly experiences gives her the ability to work in a non judgemental, open-minded and authentic fashion. Gregory Arthmann, MD

Dr. Gregory Arthmann recently passed the ABPM Addiction Medicine board exam. Dr. Arthmann is an ABPN board‑certified psychiatrist who received his medical degree from the University of Sint Eustatius. He completed two years of Internal Medicine residency at WellSpan York Hospital in Pennsylvania prior to completing his Psychiatry residency training at East Carolina University in North Carolina.

Dr. Arthmann has over 10 years of experience practicing psychiatry and has treated a broad spectrum of acute and chronic psychiatric disorders. He utilizes a patient-centered, biopsychosocial approach to psychiatry, primarily focusing on psychopharmacological interventions that align with each patient’s unique treatment goals and clinical needs. His practice style centers around medication management with adjunctive supportive therapy tailored to individual needs. Depending on each patient’s circumstances, he may recommend additional support from individual, family, or group counselors and therapists to achieve optimal outcomes.

During an initial visit, patients can expect a thorough and collaborative discussion focused on their symptoms, treatment goals, and clinical needs. Dr. Arthmann will evaluate the patient’s condition to determine appropriate medication interventions and discuss personalized treatment recommendations. Typical follow-up visits are approximately 20–30 minutes in length. Depending on the severity and complexity of a patient’s situation, referral for additional counseling or therapy may be suggested.

Nicole Parrish, MD

Staff Psychiatrist

Dr. Parrish is a board-certified General Psychiatrist and board-certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. In addition to medication management, Dr. Parrish also provides supportive therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques during appointments. When appropriate, she will refer patients for additional psychotherapy and will work to collaborate with therapists to help patients achieve the best outcomes. She received her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia/VCU in Richmond, Virginia. She then traveled to Greenville, South Carolina where she completed a General Psychiatry residency at Greenville Health System/PRISMA Health and then returned to Virginia to complete a Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at The Virginia Treatment Center for Children/VCU Health System. Dr. Parrish is a strong advocate of an integrated approach to treating children and their families. She completed undergraduate training at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia, where she studied psychology and elementary education. Prior to entering medical school, she was a licensed elementary school teacher in Virginia where she served children of various learning styles and needs. She continues to have an interest in learning disabilities, other neurodevelopmental disorders, ADHD, mood disorders, as well as many other areas of psychiatry.‍
